【副题名】以凼底乡广场舞组织为例

【摘要】 党的十六大将“提高全民族的健康素质,形成较完善的全民健身体系”作为全面建设小康社会的奋斗目标之一,其中农村体育发展的相关理论思考影响着这一目标的实现。全面健身应当包含所以的广大人民群众,没有农村乡镇居民的健身,就没有所谓的全民健身;全面小康社会的实现也定然包括农村乡镇居民,没有农村乡镇居民的小康,也就没有全社会的小康。同样,农村乡镇体育作为我国农村体育工作的重要组成部分,也面临着新的发展机遇和挑战。基于此,笔者以本人所居住的凼底乡为调查对象,从实际情况出发对凼底乡广场舞组织进行实地走访调查,并且从多方位多角度进行分析研究,探索目前农村非正式体育组织所呈现出来的弊端,并且通过网络化来对农村非正式体育组织进行整合,为促进农村非正式体育组织的可持续性发展提供理论基础。本研究主要采用实地考察法、文献资料法、逻辑分析法、数理统计法等方法,以农村非正式体育组织网络化发展为研究对象,以凼底乡广场舞组织为调查对象,从凼底乡广场舞活动的组织现状出发,探索目前农村非正式体育组织所呈现出来的弊端,并且通过网络化来对农村非正式体育组织进行整合。经过分析主要得出以下结论:1.凼底乡广场舞组织具有以下特点:广场舞组织数量较多,但是组织人数具有不确定性;广场舞组织分布不集中,分散在各个村落;广场舞组织的形式主要以自发的无组织的形式存在;广场舞组织的运动场地主要是村活动中心、门前空旷的空地、街道两旁以及学校附近;广场舞组织日常的经费开支大部分是自筹再加上少量的赞助。2.农村非正式体育组织存在以下问题:自发式、结构松散的广场舞组织没有去相关部门进行登记注册,广场舞组织都处于游离与合法性之外,因此政府没有太强的统一管理意愿;广场舞活动场地以及音响设备设施简陋;广场舞运动的参与者中,中老年妇女占大部分,广场舞专业技术指导人员欠缺;广场舞运动实施中没有足够的资金支持,大多数都是广场舞运动参与者自筹而得;广场舞运动参与者信息网络环境构建不完善,现代科学技术运用少,沟通方式少。3.通过农村非正式体育组织结构网络化的发展把乡镇基层行政管理的结构体系运用到农村非正式体育组织的建设中来,使得农村非正式体育组织的建设有效地结合了乡镇基层行政体系结构;通过关系网络化几种类型的发展能够有效的扩大人们对农村非正式体育组织的参与度;通过活动网络化的发展提高了人们对各项体育活动认知度,使得人们能够根据自己的兴趣爱好选择运动项目;通过信息网络化的发展增加了人们沟通交流的方式以及学习运动技能的途径等等来对农村非正式体育组织网络化进行整合,促进了农村非正式体育组织又好又快的发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Sixteen Party will "improve the health of the whole nation,formed a relatively complete system of national fitness" as one of the goals of building a well-off society,the development of rural sports in China has brought many theoretical thinking.From the national fitness strategy sense,no rural residents fitness,there is no national fitness;build a well-off society in an all-round perspective,no rural township residents are not well-off,well-off society.Similarly,as an important part of China’s rural sports,rural sports are also facing new opportunities and challenges.Based on this,the author himself to live in Dang Di Xiang as the research object,starting from the actual investigations,analysis and multi angle.Through the understanding of the Dang Di Xiang square dance,explore the disadvantages of present rural informal sports organizations are presented,and through the network of informal sports organizations in rural areas of integration,to promote the sustainable development of rural informal sports organizations to provide certain theoretical basis.This paper mainly uses the method of literature review and field survey method,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,the informal organization network of rural sports development as the research object,to Dang Di Xiang square dance organization as the research object,starting from the organization of Dang Di Xiang square dance activities,explore the disadvantages of present rural informal sports organization show,and through the network of informal sports organization of rural integration.The main conclusions are as follows:1.Dang Di Xiang square dance organization has the following characteristics: square dance organization quantity,but the number of organizations is uncertain;the square dance distribution is not concentrated,scattered in various villages;existing square dance organizations mainly in the form of spontaneous free form of organization;sports venues woven square dance group is mainly the village activity center,in front of the open space on both sides of the street,and near the school;most of the square dance organization expenses daily self plus a small amount of sponsorship.2.There are rurals informal sports organizations: spontaneous,loose structure of the square dance organization did not go to the relevant departments for the registration,the square dance organization is a free and legitimacy,the government has no intention of unified management is too strong;square dance venues and audio equipment facilities;square dance movements of the participants.In older women accounted for most of the square dance professional technical personnel lack;implementation of square dance exercise does not have enough funds to support,most of them are raised and square dance participants;square dance sports participants in the information network construction is not perfect,the use of modern scientific techniques,less communication.3.Through the development of rural informal sports net organization structure of the administrative system of township level applied to the construction of informal sports organizations in the rural areas,which effectively combines the administrative system structure of township construction of informal sports organizations in rural areas;through the development of several types of relationship network can effectively expand people to informal Sports organizations rural participation;through the development of network activities to improve people of various sports awareness,so that people can choose according to their interests of sports;through the development of the information network of the increase of the way people communicate and learn the skill of ways that the integration of rural informal network of sports organization,promoting the development of the rural informal sports organization and fast.更多还原
