基于PLC的混凝土砌块成型生产线自动控制系统设计

【摘要】 近年来,随着我国房地产事业的飞速发展,对混凝土砌块成型设备的需求量也大幅增加。混凝土砌块成型设备在国内拥有巨大的市场发展前景,同时也符合我国的基本国情和社会发展的需要。由于我国自主研发的砌块成型生产设备自动化程度低,容易出故障且维修不方便,生产效率低,所以满足不了我国现阶段市场的需求。但国外对我国砌块成型自动化技术实行关键技术封锁,其产品对外销售价格昂贵,所以我国市场急需研制一款价格便宜、自动化程度高、性能优越、拥有我国自主知识产权的砌块成型生产线设备。本文先对砌块成型生产线的具体流程进行了分析,再对其具体的控制要求进行了研究,以砌块成型生产线为研究对象,通过松下系列PLC,变频器,伺服驱动器,伺服电机,传感器等硬件结合现代控制技术、系统集成技术、可靠性技术,完成了砌块成型生产线的程序设计和硬件控制电路设计。再通过组态软件和触摸屏技术,实现了对控制系统的监控、动态参数调整、工艺参数设置、上位机与下位机的通信等功能。然后,介绍了 PID控制器,并对其进行了仿真分析。最后,通过对配料系统和砌块成型振动平台进行数学建模和Simulink仿真,对系统控制方案进行了优化,验证了系统的稳定性和仿真的准确性。本次设计的砌块成型生产线控制系统方案可行,可靠性强,满足现场生产的要求,对我国自主品牌的砌块成型生产线的发展都一定的参考价值。

【Abstract】 In recent years,with the rapid development of China’s real estate industry,the demand for concrete block molding equipment is getting larger and larger.Concrete block molding equipment not only has a huge market development prospects at home,but also meets China ’ s basic national conditions and the needs of social development.Due to the low degree of automation,easy to malfunctions,inconvenient repair and low productionefficiency of self-developed concrete block molding equipment,it cannot meet the needs of the market at present stage of our country.The key technology of block molding automation technologyof our country is locked up byother countries,whose products are expensive to sell abroad.Therefore,our markets need to develop a high degree of automation,low cost,superior performance,with our own independent intellectual property rights of concrete block molding automatic production line equipment.This thesis has competed the design of the control system of concrete block molding production line program and hardware control circuit through analyzing the production process of concrete block molding and the specific control requirements.The whole process is supported by Panasonic series PLC,inverter,servo driver,servo motor,sensor and other hardware together with modern control technology,system integration technology and reliability technology.Then the monitoring of control system,the adjustment of dynamic parameter,the settings of process parameters,the communication of upper computer and lower computer and other functions are achieved through the configuration software and touch screen technology.Afterwards,this thesis has made a thorough introduction to PID controller and a simulation analyze.Finally,the system control scheme is optimized,the stability of the system and the accuracy of the simulation are verified by means of mathematical modeling and Simulink simulation on the batching system and the vibrating platform of concrete block molding.The design of concrete block molding production line control system is feasible and reliable,and can meet the requirements of site production,On our own brand of block forming the development of production lines are a certain reference value.
