【摘要】 凭借国家鼓励我国企业对外走出去的战略,越来越多的中国公司到世界各地进行总承包项目的建设,其中以基础建设和工业设施建设最多。电站总承包企业是我国最早走出去的一批企业,以国内央字头为主的技术设备进出口公司及三大动力集团都已经在世界各地有了自己的足迹。但是这些以设备为企业竞争力的总承包企业,在对项目执行期间的设计缺乏有效的管理,而设计的优异又奠定了整个项目的建设成本,设计的进度又牵连了整个项目的施工进度。经过了几年在国际市场上的摸索,越来越多的总承包企业已经意识到对项目进行设计管理的重要性。本文结合S公司M项目的执行,利用价值工程的方法对设计过程中出现的多个设计方案进行价值比选,通过确定功能系数及成本系数计算得出价值系数,以确定优选方案;利用关键路径法对滞后的设计进度进行调整,以期满足项目合同工期。通过以上两种方法,对原本设计过程中管控力较差的建设成本及设计进度进行了有力的控制,同时从源头上对项目成本风险及进度风险进行了控制。通过在设计管理中使用价值工程和关键路径的方法,可以直观的做出多设计方案的选择和有效的进行进度计划的控制。设计管理在M项目中的应用表明,在项目管理过程中,设计管理扮演着非常重要的角色,不但对项目的建设成本起着决定性作用,同时牵涉到项目整体的进度计划和风险。这种设计管理方法在项目执行过程中的有益尝试,对我国总承包企业在国际市场上的项目承包能力及执行能力具有参考价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 There have been more and more EPC construction projects done by Chinese enterprises on the international market with the State go out strategy,infrastructure construction and industry construction are mainly focused.Power plant EPC enterprises are China’s first batch to go out to the international market,technology and equipment import and export corporations and top three electric power groups have had many projects in the world.But these EPC enterprises are all lack of efficiency design management during the projects executing.While,design capabilities and design schedule will affect the project construction cost and schedule.So more and more Chinese EPC enterprises realize the importance of the design management.This article will use value engineering methods in the multiple design proposal to making value comparison.This article will make the calculation of the value coefficient based on the function coefficient and cost coefficient,then reach the optimal proposal.In order to meet the project contract schedule,this article will modify the delay design schedule by the critical path method.Through above two methods,we can get a good control of the construction cost and design schedule while they were not under control in the design period,and make the project cost risk and schedule risk under control in the beginning.Finally,we can know the design management is very important in the project management,not only plays a decisive role of the project construction cost,but also concerns project overall schedule and risk.By the use of value engineering and critical path method in the design management,we can intuitionistic make choices of the most optimized proposal and have a high efficiency control of the project schedule.This is a beneficial trying of using advanced management methods in the project execution,a reference of Chinese EPC enterprises to make excellent engineering in the international market.更多还原
