【摘要】 经济发展和环境保护之间的矛盾已成为当今社会发展所面临的重要问题。当前,绿色金融作为推动我国绿色经济发展和生态文明建设的重要内容,得到了大力发展,绿色金融体系正在逐步构建和完善。有鉴于此,论文对绿色金融发展的经济效应和环境效应进行了理论分析和实证研究。具体而言:第一,在分析传统金融发展模式对经济发展和环境质量的作用机制基础上,进一步探究了绿色金融发展对经济和环境的作用路径。第二,构建了我国绿色金融发展评价指标体系,测算了我国绿色金融发展的整体水平。同时,在把经济效益和环境效益看作同等重要的基础上,构建和测算了我国省域绿色经济发展指数。第三,利用协整检验分析了相关变量之间的长期均衡关系,在此基础上通过面板数据模型,考量了我国整体及东中西部地区绿色金融发展的经济增长、产业转型及节能减排效应,并进一步研究了绿色金融与绿色经济发展之间的关系。论文通过研究,得出以下结论:第一,从经济增长效应看,绿色金融发展对经济总量的影响效应为正,其对全国整体及东中西部地区人均GDP的拉动作用分别为0.1192、1.2674、0.8313、1.8881。绿色金融发展水平的提高可以促进经济总量的增长。第二,从产业转型效应来看,绿色金融水平的提高对全国和东部地区的产业升级具有显著的推动作用,作用系数分别为0.0123、0.0218。但其对中部和西部地区的产业转型并未产生显著影响。这体现了当前我国各地区产业结构不平衡,绿色金融对产业升级的推动作用还未能体现。第三,从节能减排效应看,仅东部地区的绿色金融发展对碳排放产生了0.0379的抑制作用,其他地区绿色金融发展对碳排放的作用并不显著。这说明这些地区应该加大对节能减排和环境保护的重视力度。第四,我国各省绿色经济发展水平整体呈上升趋势。绿色金融对东部和西部地区绿色经济发展拉动作用分别为0.3217、0.3279。虽然其对中部地区绿色经济发展的影响尚不显著,但总体来说,绿色金融对绿色经济的发展起到了正向促进作用。基于以上研究认为,大力发展绿色金融可以推动我国经济总量的增长,但由于我国绿色金融发展起步较晚,在制度体系和实践方面仍存在诸多问题,且我国各地区之间发展不平衡,绿色金融发展对于产业转型、节能减排和绿色经济发展的作用还存在一定的差异性。因此,当前我国应积极借鉴国外先进经验,加快绿色金融体系的建设和完善,实现经济和环境社会的可持续发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 The contradiction between economic development and environmental protection has become an important problem during the development of society.At present,as an important part of promoting the development of green economy and the construction of ecological civilization,green finance has been vigorously developed,and the green financial system is gradually being constructed and improved.In view of this,this paper makes a theoretical analysis and empirical study on the economic and environmental effects of green finance development.Specifically: firstly,based on the analysis of the mechanism of traditional financial development on economic development and environmental quality,this paper further explores the paths of green financial development on economy and environment.Secondly,the paper constructs the evaluation index system of China’s green finance development and estimates the level of China’s green finance development.At the same time,on the basis of regarding economic and environmental benefits as equally important,the green economic development index of provinces in China is constructed and calculated.Thirdly,the long-term equilibrium relationship between the relevant variables is analyzed by co-integration test.Based on the panel data model,the paper studies the effects of green finance development on economic growth,industrial transformation,energy saving and emission reduction effects in China and in the eastern,central and western regions.The relationship between green finance and green economy development is further studied.Through the research,the thesis draws the following conclusions.Firstly,from the view of economic growth effect,green financial development has a positive impact on the total economic output,and its driving effect on the per capita GDP of the whole country and the eastern,central and western regions is 0.1192,1.2674,0.8313 and 1.8881,respectively.The improvement of green finance development level can promote the economic growth.Secondly,from the view of industrial transformation effect,the improvement of green finance level has a significant role in promoting the industrial upgrading of the whole country and the eastern region,with the coefficients of 0.0123 and 0.0218,respectively.However,it has no significant impact on the industrial transformation in the central and western regions.This reflects the current imbalance in the industrial structure of various regions of our country,so that the role of green finance in the promotion of industrial upgrading has not yet been reflected.Thirdly,from the perspective of energy saving and emission reduction effect,only the development of green finance in the eastern region has inhibited carbon emissions by 0.0379,while the development of green finance in other regions has no significant effect on carbon emissions.This also reflects the need to pay more attention to energy saving,emission reduction and environmental protection in the current development of green finance in China.Fourthly,the overall level of green economic development in China’s provinces is on the rise.The pulling effect of Green Finance on the development of green economy in eastern and western regions is 0.3217 and 0.3279 respectively.Although its impact on the development of green economy in the central region is not significant,overall,green finance has played a positive role in promoting the development of green economy.Based on the above research,it is believed that the vigorous development of green finance can promote the growth of China’s total economic output.However,due to the late start of the development of green finance in China,there are still many problems in the system and practice.Because of the imbalance of development of different regions in China,the role of green finance development in industrial transformation,energy saving and emission reduction and green economic development is still different.Therefore,China should actively learn from foreign advanced experience,accelerate the construction and improvement of green financial system,and realize sustainable development of economy and environment.更多还原
