【副题名】以沌口华中电子商务产业园为例

【摘要】 经济产业化的快速发展,并伴随着新时代对工业的新要求,电子商务产业集群成为新时代的最活跃的生产力,是产业集群的一种新形式,代表着未来发展的新趋势。电商产业集群不仅带动区域经济的发展,更有助于产业的升级转型,同时提高了区域创新能力和企业的竞争优势。然而,伴随着电子商务产业集群的不断发展,也暴露了许多不稳定的因素和巨大的风险。产业集群危机将会导致产业链中断、企业倒闭、大量失业以及重大的经济损失和社会动荡等重要后果,因此建立一个科学的、完善的电商产业集群风险评价体系,对其进行预警和防控,为确保电子商务产业集群的可持续发展具有重大意义。目前,对于产业集群的风险,已经有很多学者作出大量研究,特别是集群的风险成因、风险的类别以及风险的预防等做出了深入的研究,这些研究为以后的集群风险分析提供丰富的研究角度和研究方法。但是电商产业集群属于新兴产业,对其风险评价研究较少,并且大都是停留在定性分析层面,很难对集群能力面临的风险大小以及风险程度作出准确的判断。本文在借鉴前人的研究成果基础上,以产业集聚的角度出发,研究电子商务产业集群的风险评价和对策研究。首先,阐述了电商产业集群的背景和研究意义,以及本文的研究内容和国内外现状;其次,通过文献调研和知识梳理,总结电商产业集群的相关概念,以及分析电子商务产业集群表现形态;第三,在实际调研的基础上,采用理论与实践相结合的方法,从内源性、外源性和结构性三个方面对电商产业集群的风险进行识别和分析。第四,按照科学、全面和可比等原则,提炼电商产业集群风险评价模型,同时以产业集群为导向,建立电商产业集群风险概念模型,并结合G1法和模糊综合评价方法相结合构建电商产业集群的定量评价方法;第五,以沌口华中电子商务产业园为实证研究对象,对其进行科学全面的风险评价,通过评价结果提出风险治理对策;最后,对我国电商产业集群安全风险管理提出针对性的对策,促进电子商务产业集群以及企业的友好发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the increasing development of economic industrialization and the new demands of industry,e-commerce industry cluster becomes the most active productive force in the new era.It is a new form of industrial cluster and represents new trend of future development.E-commerce industry cluster not only promote the development of regional economy,but also contribute to industrial upgrading and transformation.And at the same time,it could enhance the regional innovation ability and the competitive advantage of enterprises.However,along with the continuous development of e-commerce industry cluster,which also exposed a lot of unstable factors and great risks.The crisis of industrial cluster will lead to the disruption of industrial chain,the collapse of enterprises,the large number of unemployment and major economic losses and social unrest.Therefore,to establish a scientific and perfect risk evaluation system is of great significance to ensure the sustainable development of e-commerce industry cluster.In recent years,many researches have been done rich research on the risk of industrial clusters,especially the causes of risk,the categories of risk and the prevention of risks.These studies provide more perspectives and research methods for the future.However,e-commerce industry cluster is a new industry,and has little research on its risk evaluation.Most of them are qualitative analysis.With industrial agglomeration angle,this paper studies the risk evaluation and countermeasure research of electronic commerce industry cluster on the basis of predecessor’s research result.At first,this paper describes the background and significance of e-commerce industry cluster,and summarizes the research status at home and abroad.We comb literature research and knowledge,summing up the relevant concepts of electronic commerce industry cluster in the second chapter.In the third section of this paper,we adopt a method combines the theory and practice to identify and analyze the risk of e-commerce industry cluster from the three aspects of endogenous,exogenous and structural.In the fourth chapter,according to the principles of scientific,comprehensive and comparable,the risk evaluation model of electricity supplier cluster is extracted,and The conceptual model of electricity business cluster is established with industry cluster as the guide.Combining G1 method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,Quantitative Evaluation Method of Commercial Industrial Clusters.And then,taking the Zhuankou Huazhong E-commerce Industrial Park as the object of empirical study,it carries out scientific and comprehensive risk evaluation,and puts forward the risk control measures through the evaluation results.Finally,the paper puts forward the countermeasures to the security risk management of the electronic business cluster in China,and promotes the friendly development of the electronic commerce industry cluster and the enterprise.更多还原
