行为节能对公建暖通运行能耗影响的调查研究
Investigation and Research on the Influence of Behavioral Energy Saving on Hvac Operation Energy Consumption in Public Buildings

【摘要】 建筑运行能耗占到社会总能耗的30%左右,并呈逐年上升趋势,其中暖通能耗占到建筑能耗的40%-70%,已经成为相关学者及机构研究焦点。暖通能耗的影响因素众多,目前主要集中于暖通设备性能的提升、暖通系统的优化以及冷热源方案设计与优化等技术领域的研究,并取得了丰硕的技术成果。根据文献表明,人的用能行为与公建暖通运行能耗密切相关,人的行为习惯因地域不同而有所不同,因此,研究不同地域的人的行为习惯对暖通运行能耗的影响具有积极意义。本文以绵阳地区的人群和典型建筑进行实地调查,分析了绵阳地区人的行为节能对公共建筑暖通运行能耗的影响,研究成果可为绵阳的公共建筑用能定额及其它政策提供数据参考。本文首先介绍了我国的能源背景及国内外关于行为节能对公建暖通运行能耗影响的研究现状,以及本文的研究目的和意义。其次,确定典型建筑,编制、发放及回收了调查问卷,并利用SPSS统计软件对调查问卷进行了信度及效度分析,以确保调查问卷的可靠性。然后,利用Origin软件对调查问卷进行了数据分析,探究不同行为习惯条件下各影响因子的内在规律和原因分析,并对数据进行曲线拟合和回归分析。最后,用DeST-c能耗分析软件模拟空调开关行为模式、温度设置行为模式、开窗行为模式、遮阳设施使用行为等不同行为模式的能耗水平,并分析了不同行为节能可以产生的节能率。对人的行为节能提出了相应的对策及建议,从而为制定节能政策提供相应的参考依据。
【Abstract】 The energy consumption of building operation accounts for about 30% of the total energy consumption of the society,and is increasing year by year,among which the energy consumption of hvac accounts for 40%-70% of the total energy consumption of building,which has become the research focus of relevant scholars and institutions.There are many factors affecting hvac energy consumption.At present,the research mainly focuses on the improvement of hvac equipment performance,the optimization of hvac system,the design and optimization of cold and heat source schemes and other technical fields,and has achieved fruitful technical results.According to the literature,people’s energy use behavior is closely related to the energy consumption of hvac operation in public buildings,and people’s behavior habits vary from region to region.Therefore,it is of positive significance to study the influence of people’s behavior habits on the energy consumption of hvac operation in different regions.Based on the field survey of the population and typical buildings in mianyang,this paper analyzes the impact of behavioral energy saving on the hvac operation energy consumption of public buildings in mianyang.The research results can provide data reference for the energy consumption quota of public buildings and other policies in mianyang.This paper first introduces the energy background of China and the research status of behavioral energy saving on hvac operation energy consumption in public buildings at home and abroad,as well as the research purpose and significance of this paper.Secondly,typical buildings were determined,questionnaires were compiled,issued and recycled,and reliability and validity of the questionnaires were analyzed with SPSS statistical software to ensure the reliability of the questionnaires.Then,Origin software was used to analyze the data of the questionnaire,explore the internal laws and causes of the influencing factors under different behavioral conditions,and conduct curve fitting and regression analysis on the data.Finally,the De ST-c energy consumption analysis software is used to simulate the energy consumption levels of air conditioning switching behavior mode,temperature setting behavior mode,window opening behavior mode,shading facility use behavior and other different behavior modes,and to analyze the energy saving rate that can be generated by different behavior energy saving.The corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions for behavioral energy saving are put forward,which provide the corresponding reference basis for formulating energy saving policies.
