锰基添加剂对直喷汽油车颗粒物排放特性的影响

【摘要】 汽车为现代人带来了便捷的生活,改善人的生活品质。但是在人类使用汽车时汽车的直喷汽油机排放出大量颗粒物、污染物,严重恶化人类生存环境,威胁生物生命健康。近年来,各界开始意识到汽车尾气排放物的危害,不断提高汽油的理化性质,形成日趋严格的排放要求。在此背景下非常有必要以加入汽油添加剂方式来改善汽油发动机的工作性能。当前市面上已经研发出了各类汽油添加剂。不同的汽油添加剂均可从物理(如黏度、闪点、凝点)化学(如抗爆性、氧化性)等层面改善汽油的整体性能,特别是极大的优化排放质量。本文围绕锰基添加剂此种新型的燃油添加剂展开详细的分析。分析发动机在添加此种添加剂后其性能变化情况。本论文将从以下几个方面来开展本文的主要研究内容:(Ⅰ)设计了汽油添加剂发动机台架试验方案,建立了燃烧分析系统,并理论分析了锰基添加剂对发动机燃烧的影响。(Ⅱ)锰基燃油添加剂的制备。根据文献总结了锰基的制作方法,选择合适的化学试剂分别采取沉淀法、溶胶凝胶法制备锰基化合物添加剂加入基础汽油中,初步分析其燃烧性能。(Ⅲ)汽油助燃剂的锰基试验。在92#、95#汽油中分别加入1‰的锰基,在此基础上分析排放、油耗、缸压等数据,结合排放特性、燃烧特性、燃油经济性等各个层面研究标号及其适应性。(Ⅳ)分析了92#乙醇汽油影响发动机油耗情况以及乙醇汽油的缸压、燃油经济性受锰基的影响情况,最后总结分析了乙醇汽油的作用,研究锰基优化燃烧、减少油耗的作用。(Ⅴ)研究了汽油发动机燃烧与纯乙醇的关系,在此基础上通过添加剂1‰的锰基,研究燃烧乙醇资料与排放受锰基的影响情况。

【Abstract】 Cars bring convenience to modern people and improve people’s quality of life.However,when people use automobiles,the direct-injection gasoline of automobiles emits a large number of particulate matter and pollutants,which seriously deteriorates the living environment of human beings and threatens the life and health of organisms.In recent years,people from all walks of life began to realize the harm of automobile exhaust emissions,and constantly improve the physical and chemical properties of gasoline,forming increasingly stringent emission requirements.In this context,it is necessary to add gasoline additives.Various gasoline additives have been developed in the market.Different gasoline additives can improve the overall performance of gasoline from physical(such as viscosity,flash point,freezing point)and chemical(such as explosion resistance,oxidation)aspects,especially greatly optimize the emission quality.This paper focuses on the analysis of manganese based additives.The performance of the engine after adding this additive is analyzed.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(Ⅰ)The bench test scheme of gasoline additive engine is designed,and the combustion analysis system is established.The influence of manganese additive on the combustion of gasoline additive engine is analyzed theoretically.(Ⅱ)preparation of manganese based fuel additive.Based on the literature,the preparation methods of manganese compounds were summarized.The appropriate chemical reagents were selected to prepare manganese compounds additives by precipitation and extraction,and their combustion properties were preliminarily analyzed.(Ⅲ)gasoline combustion improver is tested.On the basis of adding 1 parts per thousand into 92 # and 95 # gasoline respectively,the emission,fuel consumption and cylinder pressure data are analyzed,and the labeling and its adaptability are studied in combination with emission characteristics,combustion characteristics and gasoline economy.(Ⅳ)The influence of 92# ethanol gasoline on engine fuel consumption and the influence of strong base on cylinder pressure and fuel economy of 92# ethanol gasoline are analyzed.Finally,the effect of ethanol gasoline is summarized and analyzed,and the effect of strong base on optimizing combustion and reducing fuel consumption is studied.(Ⅴ)The relationship between the combustion of gasoline engine and pure ethanol was studied.On this basis,the influence of strong base on the combustion data and emission of ethanol was studied by adding 1 parts per thousand base.
