【摘要】 随着经济快速发展,人们生活水平提高及城市私家车数量增加,城市道路堵车和环境污染问题变得日益严重。面对目前严峻的形势,优先发展公共交通将成为重要手段。其中地铁以其速度快、准时性高、安全舒适度高、运量大、对环境污染小的特点获得大众认可。但是在加快城市地铁建设过程中,地铁使用情况并不太乐观,尤其二线新开城市,出现地铁资源配置不合理的问题,市民选择地铁出行意向普遍偏较低,学者对其研究比较少,因此对石家庄市民选择地铁出行意向影响因素进行研究,具有重要的意义。本研究以石家庄市民选择地铁出行意向影响因素为研究对象,以计划行为理论为主,同时结合感知风险理论及政策激励理论,建立石家庄市民选择地铁出行意向影响因素的理论模型。模型主要选取6个影响因素,即选择地铁的行为态度、选择地铁的主观规范、选择地铁的知觉行为控制、选择地铁的感知风险、感知城市交通政策合理性、感知城市通达性;6个人口统计变量,即性别、年龄、学历、职业、收入、身体健康状况;试图从心理、环境因素等角度综合研究市民选择地铁出行意向影响因素,力图使研究结果更加科学严谨。并进一步提出研究假设:选择地铁的行为态度、选择地铁的主观规范、选择地铁的知觉行为控制、选择地铁感知风险、感知城市交通政策合理性、感知城市通达性及人口统计变量均显著影响市民选择地铁出行意向。本文运用问卷调查方式获取数据,采用spss19.0进行数据处理,运用方差、相关及回归进行分析。研究发现选择地铁的主观规范、选择地铁的知觉行为控制、感知城市交通政策合理性、感知城市通达性均显著影响市民选择地铁出行意向,其中市民感知城市交通政策实施合理性对市民选择地铁出行意向影响最大;不同月收入和身体健康状况对市民选择地铁出行意向也存在显著影响。由此结论提出以下四大方面启示:加强政府对城市地铁的宣传推广,努力提高全民绿色出行意识;因地制宜,准确洞察市民选择地铁知觉行为控制影响因素,提高地铁服务水平;合理制定实施城市交通政策,最大限度满足市民选择地铁出行需求;不断优化地铁路线结构设计,加快城市地铁路线建设。本文对石家庄市民选择地铁出行意向影响因素模型进行创新,为市民选择地铁出行意向研究提供新的研究参考价值,并为提高城市地铁利用率,改善城市交通拥堵、减轻环境污染等问题起到一定现实指导意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the great development of our economy and people’s living standard,traffic jams and environmental pollution has become more and more serious.the number of private cars is on the rise which makes it worse.Facing with the severe situation,it will be an important method to prioritize public transport.In a variety of public transport modes,the subway is recognized by the public for its high speed,time saving,high punctuality,safety and comfort,large traffic volume and low environmental pollution.However,the utilization of urban subways is not very optimistic as we thought during the construction of urban subways.In particular,the Second-tier cities with new subways have problems of unreasonable resource allocation.In the Second-tier cities,public’s intention to choose subways is generally lower.Up till now,with few research on it,it is of great significance to study the factors influencing the intention to choose subway travel of Shijiazhuang citizens.This study takes the influencing factors of intention of Shijiazhuang citizens’ choosing subway as the research object,based on the theory of planned behavior,and combined with the theory of perceived risk and the theory of policy incentives.A theoretical model of influencing factors of intention of Shijiazhuang citizens choosing the subway is established.The model mainly selects 6 influencing factors,namely,the behavior attitude of choosing the subway,the subjective norms of choosing the subway,the perceived behavioral control of choosing the subway,the perceived risk of choosing the subway,the perception of the rationality of city traffic policy,and the erception of city accessibility city accessibility;The model also selects 6 demographic statistical variables,namely,gender,age,education,occupation,income,physical health;In order to make the result more scientific and rigorous,This paper tries to make a comprehensive study on the intention of choosing subway from the perspectives of psychology and environmental factors.And further more,puts forward the research hypothesis: the behavior attitude of choosing the subway,the subjective norms of choosing the subway,the perceived behavioral control of choosing the subway,the perceived risk of choosing the subway,the perception of the rationality of city traffic policy,the erception of city accessibility,and demographic variables all significantly affect theintention of choosing subway.This paper obtains research data by questionnaire survey,and uses spss19.0 for data processing,and using variance,correlation and regression for analyzing.After empirical research,it is found that the subjective norms of choosing the subway,the perceived behavioral control of choosing the subway,the perception of the rationality of urban traffic policy,the erception of urban accessibility affect the intention of choosing subway.among these,The perception of the rationality of urban traffic policy has the greatest impact on the intention of choosing subway;Various monthly income and physical health status also have a significant influence on the intention of choosing subway.From this conclusion,the following four aspects of enlightenment are put forward: strengthening the government’s propagandizing and popularizing of urban subways,and striving to improve the green travel consciousness of the whole people;adapting to local conditions,accurately inspecting the perception behavior control factors which influences the citizens to choose subway,improving the service level of the subway;Rationally formulating and implementing urban transportation policies to maximize the public choice of subway travel needs;Constantly optimizing the design of subway routes structural,and accelerating the construction of urban subway routes.The research results of this paper innovate the model of influence factors of intentions of Shijiazhuang citizens’ choice of subway travel,it provides new research reference value for citizens’ choice of subway travel intention.And play a practical guiding significance to improve the utilization rate of urban subway,improve urban traffic congestion,reduce environmental pollution and other issues.更多还原
