调频广播发射自动化系统设计与实现

【摘要】 互联网技术与集成电子技术的飞速发展,对调频广播系统的管理和优化带来深刻的变革。调频广播事业发展初期,调频广播发射系统体积大、频率低、运营维护资金和人力成本高,发展到今天,调频广播系统体积越来越小、频率逐步提升、设备性能参数越来越高、运营维护资金与成本逐渐降低。而面对目前市场上不同公司提供的多样的调频广播发射系统组件及配套产品,如何针对用户需求快速搭建一套自动化调频广播发射系统是值得研究的课题。本论文通过调研各广播台站调频广播发射系统的最新研究进展以及使用情况,以R&S公司的THU9/THV9系列产品为基础,优化设计一套调频广播发射系统。调频广播发射系统采用N+1配置结构,即采用N台主发射机与1台备用发射机组成发射系统,当主发射机中的一台出现故障,通过发射机控制器与备份控制器自动切换到备用发射机,使系统保持连续工作,保证广播发射任务不受影响。该系统由激励器、射频功率放大器、发射机系统控制器、冗余控制器、射频开关、制冷系统等组件组成,各组件采用R&S公司的产品,实现针对实际应用需求的解决方案设计。此外该系统兼容多种视频与音频输入格式,能够完成多种调频广播发射任务。在完成调频广播发射系统硬件选择与N+1系统搭建后,进一步设计与开发该系统的操作用户界面。该系统用户操作界面简洁,用户操作界面提供了该广播发射系统的所有参数设置入口和系统的监控状态显示。经过测试验证,用户操作界面支持局域网操作以及远程用户操作,使得用户不仅能够在机房现场,同样可以远程控制如在办公室操作该广播发射系统,并对其实现实时有效监控,满足自动化运管要求。

【Abstract】 The rapid development of Internet technology and integrated electronic technology has brought profound changes to the management and optimization of FM broadcasting systems.At the beginning of the development of FM broadcasting industry,FM radio transmission system is large in size,low in frequency,high in operation and maintenance funds and human labor costs.Today,FM broadcasting system is getting smaller and smaller,frequency is gradually increasing,equipment performance parameters are getting higher and higher,and operation Maintenance funds and costs are gradually decreasing.In the face of the various FM radio transmission system components and accessory products provided by different companies in the market,how to quickly set up an automatic FM radio transmission system for users’ needs is worthy of study.This paper optimizes the design of a FM radio transmission system based on R&S’s THU9/THV9 series products by investigating the latest research progress and usage of FM radio transmission systems at Broadcasting stations.The FM broadcast transmitting system adopts the N 1 configuration structure,that is,the N main transmitter and one standby transmitter form a transmitting system.When one of the main transmitters fails,the transmitter controller and the backup controller automatically switch to the standby.The transmitter keeps the system in continuous operation,ensuring that broadcast transmission tasks are not affected.The system consists of exciters,RF power amplifiers,transmitter system controllers,redundant controllers,RF switches,refrigeration systems and other components.Each component uses R&S’s products to achieve solution design for practical application needs.In addition,the system is compatible with a variety of video and audio input formats,enabling a variety of FM radio transmission tasks.After completing the hardware selection of the FM broadcast transmitting system and the N 1 system,the operating user interface of the system is further designed and developed.The user interface of the system is simple,and the user operation interface provides all the parameter setting entries of the broadcast transmitting system and the monitoring status display of the system.After testing and verification,the user interface supports LAN operation and remote user operation,so that the user can not only operate in the computer room,but also operate the broadcast transmission system remotely,such as the office,and realize real-time effective monitoring to meet the requirements of automatic operation and management.
