曲直兼容班组支援武器结构设计与分析

【摘要】 本文重点研究曲直兼容班组支援武器系统的总体方案、结构及其可行性问题。为满足弹药兼容发射的要求,在对榴弹与穿甲弹进行了规一化和匹配设计的基础上,提出了一种曲直兼容班组支援武器系统的总体方案,该方案采用管退式自动方式,通过匹配“榴弹与穿甲弹”出膛冲量实现自动机兼容发射,采用小型移动式双路供弹机实现两种弹药的供弹,具有结构简单、动作可靠等特点。完成了自动机与小型移动式双路供弹机结构设计,详细分析了结构原理,并对供弹机曲拐在自动机机框曲线槽的带动下传动角度误差和供弹机传动箱左右输出角度不一致的补偿问题等进行了分析,给出了补偿方法。论文还在多刚体动力学软件ADAMS环境中,建立了曲直兼容班组支援武器多刚体动力学模型,仿真分析了发射两种弹药时的自动机运动学特性,证实了自动机兼容发射的可行性;建立了该武器机匣的有限元模型,进行了机匣减重计算分析。论文研制了一种曲直兼容班组支援武器系统原理样机,进行了榴弹与穿甲弹发射试验和自动机运动测试,通过试验验证了设计方案的可行性。论文研究对发展新型大口径曲直兼容班组武器系统的具有一定参考价值。

【Abstract】 This paper mainly focuses on the overall scheme,structure and feasibility of curved&direct compatible team supporting weapon system.To meet the requirements of the compatible launch of munitions,on the basis of the regulation and matching design of grenade and armor-piercing projectile,a general scheme of curved&direct compatible team supporting weapon system is put forward,which adopts barrel recoil automatic method and realizes the automatic machine compatible launch by matching grenade and armor-piercing gun”impulse.During the research,the author uses the small mobile dual-way feed mechanism to achieve the two munitions,which makes the structure simple and movement reliable.Meanwhile,the structure design of the automatic machine and small movable dual-way feed mechanism is completed.Besides,the structure principle as well as the compensating problem of the transmission angle error and the misalignment of the left and right angle of the driving box are analyzed in detail,then some compensation methods are also suggested.In this paper,the author also establishes Multi-body dynamics model of the curved&direct compatible team supporting weapon in the environment of multi-rigid-body dynamics Software Adams and analyzes the kinematics characteristics of the automatic machine,proving the feasibility of the automatic machine with compatible launch.As a result,the finite element model of the weapon casing is set up and the calculation of the casing weight is carried out too.At last,a prototype machine with curved&direct compatible team supporting weapon is developed and carries on the grenade and the armor-piercing projectile launch test as well as the automatic machine movement test,which has verified the feasibility of the design scheme through the experiment.The research of this paper has some reference values for developing new type of weapon system of large caliber curved&direct compatible team weapon.
