文23储气库工程设计理论与可行性分析

【摘要】 天然气是一种洁净、高热值的能源,近年来发展十分迅速。在我国大力发展天然气行业,不但有利于推进能源分配更加合理,抓好大气污染综合治理,也是改善人民生活条件,推动社会经济快速发展的前提。参考天然气市场供需的经验,随着天然气在能源消耗配比中比例不断增大,天然气供应方与消费方的年峰谷差、季峰谷差、意外事故等原因造成的供需矛盾愈发凸显,规划建设与天然气管网相配套的地下储气库是解决天然气供需矛盾、安全平稳供气和天然气输配气系统高效运转的重要保障。本文结合储气库工程建设及运行实践,进行储气库工程设计及可行性分析研究。根据中国石化天然气资源及目标市场城市燃气的发展规划和城市燃气季节性用气的不均匀性,以及可供目标市场的气量,确定文23储气库的建设规模和气库季节性调峰的变化规律;根据中原油田现有枯竭气藏的基本情况和建设地下储气库的基本要求,完成地下储气库的库址评价;根据所选定的地下储气库的基本特征,分析了如何确定储气库中气井井数和参数以及地下储气库设计方案及其装备工艺;最后结合天然气市场供应和销售情况对文23储气库工程的经济和社会效益进行了分析预测。通过以上研究分析,对我国目前的储气库新技术及未来研究方向,给出了部分建议,对今后地下储气库建设运行提供了一定的参考依据。

【Abstract】 The use of robots is increasingly prevalent in recent years for its clean,efficient and quality modern energy source.The widespread use of natural gas in China can promote optimization of energy structure and reduction environmental pollution.And it will ensure a rising standard of people living and sustain economic growth.Based on the experience of the operating system of the natural gas pipeline,with the proportion increasing of natural gas in the energy structure,the air supply unbalance become more serious,caused by the annual difference and quarter peak-valley difference between the gas province and user area.The appropriate construction scheme of underground gas storage is an important foundation of security gas supply and efficient natural gas distribution system.This paper does the flexibility study of gas storage project design based on the experience of gas storage project construction and operation.And the pattern of the seasonal peak of gas storage and scale of construction of wen 23 gas storage is generated from the seasonal duty of city gas inhomogeneity,the natural gas resource of China petrochemical corporation and the development schedule of target city gas.This paper also evaluates the address of underground gas storage based on the underground gas storage construction requirement and current gas depletion of Zhongyuan Oilfield.This paper provides the method of confirming number and parameter of gas storage well,construction scheme of underground gas storage.The prediction of wen 23 storage project economic and social benefit is also provided in this paper.Finally,several comments about China current gas storage technique and future work are proposed.
