通信工程车防触高压电及防雷报警器设计

【摘要】 在信息时代,机动式通信组网在信息化战场中得到普遍应用,可自主、灵活建立局域网、站点的通信工程车是整个机动式指挥通信系统中最为重要的组成部分,同时适应于各类季节环境、气候、地理环境,因此得到人类的高度重视。近年来,部队配发了各类通信工程车,成立了各级领导指挥机构,作为边防通信人员,应做好通信车的维护,为遂行各类勤务顺利进行提供强有力保障。同时,为有效避免通信工程车辆碰触高压线和外部遭受雷击造成设备损毁以及人员伤亡事故的发生,及时排除高压触电及防雷隐患,结合近年来实际发生的触电、雷击案例,提出了构建工程车防触高压电及防雷报警器的设计思路,在分析可行性、可靠性之后,确立了整体设计思路,讲述了现代通信工程的重要性和发展方向。最后,简单介绍了通信工程车在现代部队的应用。技术上采用三轴数字罗盘IC Honeywell HMC5883L传感器和单片机STC89C52组成的高压检测电路,单片机通过I2C读取HMC5883L传感器的数据,根据检测数据的结果是否达到门限值进行不同方式的报警,可靠性较高,误报率极低。另外,本设计兼有超声波测距模块和温度显示模块,可以将各项数据实时显示在LCD电子显示屏上,供操作人员参考,可有效避免工程车触电事故,同时可以达到一定的避障效果,具有十分重要的实际意义。

【Abstract】 With the development of information technology,there are more and more applications of mobile communication network in the information battlefield.In this application,the communication engineering vehicle of the mobile command communication system has the characteristics of fast,flexible and independent establishment of site and local area network,and can adapt to various geographical,climatic and different seasonal environment.Therefore,the development of the communication system is widely paid attention to.As a frontier communications personnel,the formation of the mobile command center and the distribution of the communication engineering vehicle make it more necessary for us to maintain the communication vehicle.At the same time,to effectively prevent the communication engineering vehicles from touching the high voltage line and the external shock caused by the damage to the equipment and the casualties,the high voltage shock and the electric shock are eliminated in time.The hidden danger of lightning protection is combined with the actual cases of electric shock and lightning strike in recent years.The design idea of constructing the anti touch high voltage electricity and lightning protection alarm is put forward.After the analysis of the feasibility and reliability,the whole design idea is established,and the importance and development direction of the modern communication engineering are described.Finally,the application of communication engineering vehicle in modern army is briefly introduced.The high voltage detection circuit composed of three axis digital compass IC Honeywell HMC5883 L sensor and single chip microcomputer STC89C52 is used technically.The MCU reads the data of the HMC5883 L sensor through I2 C,and according to whether the result of the detected data reaches the threshold value for different modes of alarm,the reliability is high and the false alarm rate is very low.In addition,the design has both the ultrasonic distance measurement module and the temperature display module,which can display the data in real time on the LCD electronic display screen,for the operator to refer to,can effectively avoid the electric shock accident of the engineering vehicle,and can achieve a certain obstacle avoidance effect.It has very important practical significance.
