【摘要】 目的:通过现场观察门诊采用甘草锌颗粒辅助治疗对婴幼儿轮状病毒肠炎的影响,探讨甘草锌颗粒对于缓解婴幼儿轮状病毒肠炎腹泻是否有效,为今后婴儿轮状病毒肠炎患者的临床治疗提供指导意见。方法:通过收集2016年9月至12月及2017年9月至12月期间就诊于齐齐哈尔市某三甲医院儿科门诊,诊断为轮状病毒肠炎的患儿,采用临床现场观察的研究方法,将符合纳入标准和排除标准的病情相仿的210名患儿,根据患者是否使用甘草锌颗粒治疗分为甘草锌组和非甘草锌组。非甘草锌组治疗为蒙脱石散及布拉氏酵母菌散,甘草锌组治疗为蒙脱石散、布拉氏酵母菌散及甘草锌颗粒,通过对患儿在治疗前后临床症状、体征变化的观察和记录,获得数据后采用Epidata软件录入,然后使用SPSS 24.0软件进行统计分析。结果:对治疗前两组患儿的性别、居住地、年龄、出生方式、民族、大便次数、大便性状、食欲情况、口渴情况腹壁皮肤弹性情况及病情积分进行统计分析,无显著性差异(P>0.05),具有可比性。与非甘草锌组比较,甘草锌治疗组患儿在治疗3天后,大便性状、食欲情况、口渴情况、腹壁皮肤弹性均有明显改善(P<0.05),两组比较差异具有统计学意义。在症状消失时间方面,与非甘草锌组比较,甘草锌治疗组患儿症状消失时间短于非甘草锌组(P<0.05)。与非甘草锌组比较,甘草锌治疗组患儿在治疗5天时,大便性状、食欲情况均有明显改善(P<0.05),两组比较差异具有统计学意义。综合疗效方面非甘草锌组的总有效率为93.6%,甘草锌组的总有效率为97.0%,甘草锌组综合疗效优于非甘草锌组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义。结论:1、通过疗效分析,治疗3天后,甘草锌颗粒对轮状病毒肠炎患儿的大便性状、食欲情况、口渴情况及腹壁皮肤弹性有改善作用。2、通过疗效分析,治疗第5天,甘草锌颗粒对轮状病毒肠炎患儿的大便性状及食欲情况有改善作用。3、通过疗效分析,甘草锌颗粒可使轮状病毒肠炎患儿的症状消失时间缩短。4、通过疗效分析,甘草锌颗粒可有效的改善轮状病毒肠炎患儿的综合疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:Based on the field observation of the effect of licorice zinc granule adjuvant treatment on infant rotavirus enteritis in the outpatient department,this paper discusses whether licorice zinc granule is effective in relieving diarrhea of infant rotavirus enteritis,and provides guidance for the clinical treatment of infant rotavirus enteritis patients in the future.METHODS:Collected from September 2016 to December and from September to December,2017 pediatric outpatient clinic in qiqihaer city during a 3 armour hospital,the diagnosis of children with rotavirus enteritis,with clinical observation research methods,would be in the condition of inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria in 210 children of his age,according to whether the patients treated with licorice zinc particles into licorice zinc group and non licorice zinc groups.Not for montmorillonite powder and licorice zinc treatment group’s yeast powder,licorice for montmorillonite powder,zinc treatment group’s yeast powder and licorice zinc particles,through to the children in the treatment of clinical symptoms and physical signs before and after the change of observation and records,using Epidata software,after get the data entry,and then analyzed using SPSS 24.0 software.RESULTS:Statistical analysis was conducted on the gender,residence,age,birth mode,nationality,stool frequency,stool characteristics,appetite,thirst,abdominal skin elasticity and disease score of the two groups of children before treatment,and there was no significant difference(P>0.05),which was comparable.Compared with the non-licorice zinc group,the children in the licorice zinc treatment group showed significant improvement in stool characteristics,appetite,thirst and abdominal wall skin elasticity after 3 days of treatment(P<0.05),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant.In terms of symptom disappearance time,compared with the non-licorice zinc group,the symptom disappearance time of children in the licorice zinc treatment group was shorter than that in the non-licorice zinc group(P<0.05).Compared with the non-licorice zinc group,children in the licorice zinc treatment group showed significant improvement in stool characteristics and appetite after 5 days of treatment(P<0.05),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant.In terms of comprehensive efficacy,the total effective rate of the non-licorice zinc group was 93.6%,and that of the licorice zinc group was 97.0%.The comprehensive efficacy of the licorice zinc group was better than that of the non-licorice zinc group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant.CONCLUSION:1.After 3 days of treatment,licorice zinc granules had an improved effect on fecal characteristics,appetite,thirst and abdominal wall skin elasticity of children with rotavirus enteritis.2.Through curative effect analysis,licorice zinc granules had an improvement on fecal characteristics and appetite of children with rotavirus enteritis on the fifth day of treatment.3.Through curative effect analysis,licorice zinc granules can shorten the disappearance time of symptoms in children with rotavirus enteritis.4.Through curative effect analysis,licorice zinc granules can effectively improve the comprehensive curative effect of children with rotavirus enteritis.更多还原
