铸造企业生产质量管理流程优化研究
Research on Optimization of Production and Quality Management Business Process for Foundry Enterprises

【摘要】 当前,外部环境对铸造企业产品交期和质量的要求都极为苛刻,而企业现有的生产质量管理流程又难以同时满足“高效”和“高质”两方面需求,为此须对流程进行深度优化,使铸造企业能在满足铸件质量的前提下同步提升生产效率。目前,流程优化的研究多数致力于提升生产效率或加强质量管控,而同步兼顾两者的流程优化相关研究鲜有报道。针对以上问题,本文深入分析铸造企业现有的生产质量管理现状,结合ECRS流程优化方法和4A步骤,并基于本课题组构建的生产质量双链协同模型(DCC),提出同步兼顾生产效率和质量管控的“Eraser”流程优化方法和“DCC-4AEraser”优化模型。然后有效整合相关技术,建立该优化模型的技术体系。最后将该优化模型应用于三家典型的中小型铸造企业(民营砂铸、国有砂铸和民营精铸),应用效果表明,该优化模型能有效地同步提升企业的生产效率和加强质量管控。主要研究工作如下:首先,分析铸造企业生产质量管理流程优化研究现状,阐述信息系统对生产质量管理流程优化的作用以及铸造企业进行生产质量管理流程优化的必要性。其次,分析铸造企业的生产质量管理业务流程,并对三家典型企业的生产质量管理业务流程进行分析,结合ECRS流程优化方法和4A步骤,并基于本课题组构建的生产质量双链协同模型(DCC),提出铸造企业生产质量管理流程“Eraser”优化方法,并建立相应的“DCC-4A-Eraser”优化模型,然后提出生产质量管理流程优化实施方案。再次,整合生产质量管理流程优化模型的关键技术,包括流程仿真技术、流程柔性定义技术、流程节点驱动技术、流程节点约束技术和流程全局监测技术。流程仿真技术和流程全局监测技术主要用于流程分析与评估,流程柔性定义技术主要用于流程优化方法的技术实现,流程节点驱动技术主要用于提升流程效率,流程节点约束技术主要用于加强质量管控。最后,将“DCC-4A-Eraser”优化模型应用于三家典型铸造企业(HX公司、GWT公司以及SD公司)。实际应用效果表明,该模型可以有效优化生产质量管理流程,不仅可以提升企业的生产效率,而且还可以加强质量管控。
【Abstract】 At present,the external environment requirements on product delivery and quality for foundry enterprises are extremely harsh.However,there is a difficulty for the enterprise’s current production process and quality management process to meet “High Efficiency” and “High Quality” demands.Therefore,business process must be optimized deeply to improve production efficiency under the premise of improving casting quality.So far,most research on process optimization is only to production efficiency or strengthen quality control and the researches on taking two aspects into account are very rare.To solve the above problems,production and quality management status is analyzed in this paper.Combined with ECRS process optimization method,4A process optimization steps and based on double chain collaboration model of production and quality(DCC),“Eraser” process optimization method and “DCC-4A-Eraser” optimization model taking production efficiency and quality control into account are proposed.Then,the relevant technologies are integrated effectively to establish technology systems of optimization model.Finally,the optimization model is applied to three typical middle-small size foundry enterprises(private sand casting enterprise,state-owned sand casting enterprise and private precision casting enterprise).The application results show that the model can effectively and synchronously improve production efficiency and strengthen quality control.The main research works are as follows:First of all,the research situation of foundry enterprises’ production and quality management business process optimization is analyzed.And the use of information system to production and quality management business process optimization is expounded and the necessity of optimizing foundry enterprises’ production and quality management business process.Secondly,foundry enterprises’ production and quality management business process are analyzed.The production and quality management business processes of three typical enterprises are analyzed.Combined with ECRS process optimization method,4A process optimization steps and based on the double chain collaboration model of production and quality(DCC),“Eraser” process optimization method and “DCC-4A-Eraser” optimization model taking production efficiency and quality control into account are proposed.Then the implementation scheme of production and quality management business process is put forward.Thirdly,the key technologies of production and quality management business process optimization are integrated,which include business process simulation technology,business process flexible definition technology,business process nodes driven technology,business process nodes constraint technology and business process global monitoring technology.Business process simulation technology and business process global monitoring technology are mainly used for process analysis and assessment,process flexible definition technology is mainly used to technology achievement of business process optimization method,process nodes drive technology are mainly used to improve the process efficiency,process nodes constraint technology is mainly used to strengthen quality control.Finally,the “DCC-4A-Eraser” optimization model of production and quality management business process is applied to three typical foundry enterprises(HX Foundry Co.,Ltd.,GWT Co.,Ltd.,SD Co.,ltd.).The practical application effects show that the model can effectively optimize the production and quality management business process.And not only it can improve the production efficiency,but also it can strengthen quality control.
