【摘要】 本文初步探讨了CYJ汽车配件有限公司在面对未来发展战略方面的有关问题,在基于对美容养护行业发展的内部环境和外部环境分析和宏观经济运行的分析,以及相关政治范畴、经济范畴、社会文化范畴和技术范畴的基础上,详述了CYJ公司的根据实际情况所提出的相关发展战略,以及让提出的相关发展战略得以落地的具体的一系列策略和措施。希望这些举措都可以帮助到CYJ公司今后的发展有所益处,能够帮助到CYJ公司健康的、持久的和稳定的发展,让公司的所有重要利益相关方都获得经济利润上的满足。另外,也为所有国内汽车美容养护同行业的其它相关企业在今后的发展过程中遇到相类似难题的时候,可以提供出一些宝贵的经验和一些合适的参考。本文将从CYJ公司以往所采取的经营战略和职能战略等方面进行入手,详细总结分析CYJ公司发展过程中存在的各种问题及其研究结论,在研究分析基础上提出针对性的战略措施,最后总结战略实施后的成果。全文借助图表分析、案例分析和数据分析等多种研究方法,系统而全面地分析和阐述了企业内部和外部环境。另外,本文还综合了SWOT分析,利用QSPM矩阵分析方法,采用“波特五力”模型对CYJ公司的优势、劣势、机会和威胁进行了相关的详细探讨,尤其针对CYJ公司发展过程中环境因素即优势、劣势、机会和威胁等开展深入总结分析与论证,最后提出了对CYJ公司可行的发展战略和具体的策略措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 The main idea future development strategy of CYJ company,the paper to begin with carried out a preliminary study which is based on macroeconomic and industry environment of the proposed specific business development strategies and tactics to implement these strategies,based on the primary policy that companies are capable of helping CYJ development,to promote CYJ company to achieve stable in the short term,also long-term reach healthy development to meet the major interests of the company’s expectations of stakeholders as well,together with solving other enterprises in the same industry in China puzzles and problems to provide useful lessons and unique experiences.CYJ company’s original business strategy problems proposed-Problems Analysis-produces results,propose new business development strategy-describes the process of using the results of four other new development strategy obtained.Not only from external but also internal business environment a comprehensive and systematic analysis described,and the use of data analysis,case analysis and chart analysis and other analytical methods,as a result,the paper used the Porter’s "Five Forces" model combines SWOT analysis matrix,CYJ key to the company’s internal and external environmental factors of strengths and weaknesses and the opportunities and threats are summarized and depth argument,put forward the overall development strategy of the enterprise program and specific measures that can be employed.更多还原
