【摘要】 在当前经济不景气的大背景下,电子制造企业面临诸多困难,企业利润率不高,竞争激烈,而代工行业更是如此。作为电子代工企业的伟创力,如何帮助客户将低成本的产品迅速投入市场,是在创新大潮下赢得客户的关键所在。CS公司作为伟创力集团内外部客户提供电子元器件的采购与供应链,因此,研究其供应链管理流程是其急需解决的问题。本文以CS公司为背景,结合供应商管理相关理论,从电子代工行业、CS公司的母公司等方面研究了CS公司的供应链环境,分析了CS公司供应商管理流程的现状,从供应商选择要素和评估标准设置、有效的产品评估、供应商分类以及绩效考核三个方面,总结了的问题,研究了问题产生的原因。本文提出了CS公司供应商管理流程重组的原则,设计了流程重组的框架,提出了供应商分类的新方法,修正了供应商选择的标准,并对重组后的供应商管理流程中工程评估的新活动进行了分析。本文对重组的供应商管理流程的实施效果进行评估,并对实施过程中的制度保障、信息保障、人力资源保障、设备保障等瓶颈进行了讨论,提出了相应的解决方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 Under the background of the current economic recession,electronic manufacturers are facing many difficulties,like low profit and intense competition,especially the OEM companies.As an OEM company,to help customers provide low-cost products and quickly responding to the market,is the key of Flextronics to win customers under current innovation background.CS company is a subsidiary of Flextronics,who provide electronic components procurement and supply chain service to internal and external customers,therefore,the research of supply chain management process,is much important.Based on the background of CS company,using supplier management related theories,this thesis researched the CS company’s supply chain environment of electronic OEM industry and its parent firm,analyzed the current status of the supplier management process.It summarized the existing problems from below three parts of supplier selection factors and evaluation standard setting,effective product evaluation,supplier classification and performance evaluation,and studied the root cause of the problems.This thesis provided a principle of CS company supplier management process reforming,designed supplier management process reforming frame,raised a new method for supplier classification,revised the criteria of supplier selection,and analysis the new actions of engineering evaluation in supplier management process after reforming.This thesis assessed the implementation effect of reformed supplier management process,and discussed the process of security,information security,human resources,equipment and other bottlenecks,then provided corresponding solutions.更多还原
