基于ZYNQ的便携式雷达测试设备研制

【摘要】 雷达设备作为武器系统中的核心部分,其性能直接决定了武器系统的打击精度和可靠程度,因此雷达技术的发展与进步对国防力量的增强具有十分重要的意义。从雷达设备的方案设计、产品研制,到最终的使用与维护的全生命周期过程中,并随着雷达设备的不断升级换代,雷达测试设备需要对其各项性能指标进行全方位的监督测试,并且朝着小型化、通用化、模块化的实时测试方向发展。本文首先分析了目前针对雷达测试设备的小型化和实时性需求,确定了基于ZYNQ的便携式雷达测试设备的总体方案。雷达测试设备的硬件由核心主控模块、串行通讯模块和功能接口模块的模块化构成,核心主控模块采用ZYNQ-7000系列芯片作为主控制器,在串行通讯模块实现了与雷达设备、惯导、GPS通讯的串行接口,功能接口模块则设计了SD卡接口、以太网口、USB接口、调试串口和HDMI接口等功能接口。软件设计中,固件逻辑主要在ZYNQ PL完成了串行通讯控制逻辑、PS-PL间通信逻辑和视频输出逻辑;嵌入式软件开发中,在ZYNQ PS移植运行嵌入式Linux系统并执行应用软件程序,能够脱离工控机实现独立测试工作。应用软件开发采用多线程技术和实时线程调度策略,保证了与雷达设备通讯处理的实时性,并深度优化Linux文件系统,提高了数据存储的实时效率。因此,整个雷达测试设备能够满足便携性、实时性、通用性与扩展性的要求。实验验证与现场联调结果表明,便携式雷达测试设备从硬件性能至系统功能均通过测试验证,能够达成与被测设备的实时通讯处理功能,实现以5ms/10ms通讯周期对数据的收发、解算、存储和状态参数显示;能够完成与被测设备的遥测通讯成像功能,实现以10ms为周期向被测设备发送定时脉冲并接收返回的遥测数据,达到遥测成像目的。雷达测试设备在测试过程中稳定可靠,可以完成对实际雷达设备的测试任务。

【Abstract】 As the core part of weapon system,the performance of the radar equipment directly determines its precision and reliability.Therefore,the development and progress of radar technology are of great significance to the enhancement of the national defense force.In the whole life cycle of radar equipment,from product development to final use and maintenance,and with continuous upgrading,radar testing facilities are needed to all-roundly monitor and test various performance of radar,which are developing towards miniaturized,universal and modular real-time testing direction.This thesis firstly analyzes the demands of miniaturization and real-time for radar testing equipment,then the overall scheme of a portable radar testing equipment based on ZYNQ is determined.The hardware is modularizly composed of core control module,serial communication module and function interfa ce module.The core controller adopts ZYNQ-7000 series chip,and serial interfaces that communicate with radar equipment,INS and GPS are implemented on board.It also includes SD card interface,Ethernet port,USB interface,debug serial port,HDMI interface and other functional interfaces.In the software design,the firmware logic mainly completes the serial communication control logic,the PS-PL communication logic and the video output logic in ZYNQ PL.In the embedded software development,embedded Linux system and application software program are transplanted and designed respectively in ZYNQ PS,which can realize independent testing work out of industrial control machine.The application software development adopts multi-thread technology and real-time thread scheduling strategy,which ensures the real-time performance of communication and processing with radar.In addition,in order to improve the real-time efficiency of data storage,this thesis optimizes the Linux file system in depth.As a result,The entire radar testing equipment can meet the requirements of portability,real-time,versatility and scalability.The results of experimental verification and outfield joint debugging show that,this portable radar testing equipment has been tested and verified from hardware performance to system function.It can achieve real-time communication and processing function with radar equipment,realizing the data transmission,calculation,storage and state parameter display in 5ms/10 ms cycle.It can realize function of telemetry communication and imaging with radar equipment,sending timing pulses in the period of 10 ms and receiving the returned telemetry data to depict telemetry images.This radar testing equipment works independently with stablity and reliablity in the testing process,thus can complete actual testing task.
