【摘要】 硕士研究生教育是我国国民教育的顶端,如何准确客观的评价我国的研究生教育质量是我国教育工作的重中之重。纵观当前的硕士研究生教育质量评价主要集中于政府、大学的自我评价和社会的监督评价,基于对学习投入及硕士研究生学习投入的国内外研究现状的研究分析,发现硕士研究生教育质量评价忽视了硕士研究生这个评价主体,因此建立科学合理的硕士研究生学习投入评价体系就显得尤为重要。界定了硕士研究生、硕士研究生学习和硕士研究生学习投入的概念,梳理了硕士研究生与本科在自身及学习方面的特点,阐述了本文的两大理论基础,大学生自我发展和大学影响理论。在理论和文献分析的基础上,提取出大学生学习投入的构成要素,并结合硕士研究生自身及学习特点,从理论上构建了硕士研究生学习投入的评价框架。通过访谈和开放式问卷调查的结果,结合建立的硕士研究生学习投入理论评价框架,构建了硕士研究生学习投入评价指标体系。该体系包含学习特质、学生投入、学业难度和环境影响4个方面,共36个三级指标。运用探索性因子分析、Cronbachα系数分别检验问卷的效度和信度,得到正式的评价指标体系。使用熵值法对各级指标进行了赋权,另外确定了硕士研究生学习投入评价指标体系的使用方法——模糊综合评价法,对评分计算过程做了详细阐述。基于上文建立的硕士研究生学习投入评价体系,本文选取了F大学的硕士研究生进行应用,得到了F大学总体和各指标的得分。根据评价结果,从硕士研究生、高校、政策三个层面分析了F大学硕士研究生学习投入存在的问题,并提出了针对性建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Master’s degree education is the top of China’s national education,to accurately and objectively evaluate the quality of higher education of China is the most important part of our educational work.The current evaluation of educational quality mainly focuses on the self-evaluation of the government,the University and the supervision of society,but analyzed the status of domestic and international research on learning engagement and postgraduates’ learning engagement,we finded that it neglects the main part of the postgraduates,so it is particularly important to establish a scientific and reasonable evaluation system for the postgraduates’ learning engagement.This paper,giving definition of postgraduates,postgraduates’ s learning and postgraduates’ learning engagement,summarized the characteristics of postgraduates and undergraduate in themselves and their learning,expounds the two theoretical foundations of this article,the college students’ self-development and university influence theory.Based on the theory and literature analysis,extracted the learning engagement elements of college students,and combined with the postgraduates themselves’ learning characteristics,then established a theoretical evaluation framework of postgraduates’ learning engagement.Through interviews and open questionnaire survey,combined with the theoretical evaluation framework of postgraduates’ learning engagement established before,established postgraduates’ learning engagement evaluation index system.The system includes 4 first level indicators,such as learning characteristics,student engagement,academic difficulty and environmental impact,altogether 36 third level indicators.Use exploratory factor analysis,Cronbach coefficient test the validity and reliability of the questionnaire,and obtain the formal evaluation index system,which includes 4 first level indicators,9 level second indexes,28 third level indexes.Finally this paper uses entropy method to calculate the weight of all indicators,in addition to,determined the using method fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and elaborated the calculation process of score.Based on the evaluation system of postgraduates’ learning engagement established above,the text choose the F university to apply,Calculated score of F university in total and each index’s score.According to the evaluation results,Analysised the results from aspects of postgraduates,university,government,put forward some pertinent suggestions.更多还原
