【摘要】 以2016年拉斯克奖的“颠倒”现象作为研究缘起,整理70年来拉斯克医学奖的获奖信息,探析拉斯克医学奖成果性质的变化趋势。梳理70年来拉斯克基础医学奖得主的专利数据和临床奖得主的发文数据,基于统计结果进行解读,探索拉斯克基础医学奖成果性质的变迁轨迹:研究发现拉斯克基础医学奖得主中专利持有者的比例越来越大,临床医学奖得主的科学论文发表量呈上升趋势,这意味着他们所开展的研究已不仅仅局限于基础研究或应用研究层面,而是渐渐推进到基础与应用研究的中间阶段,这一变迁与转化医学的发展轨迹有着一致性,是技术科学中介与桥梁作用的体现。判别各项研究成果的性质,基于科学技术层次体系、同时结合拉斯克奖获奖信息,判定获奖成果所属的科学技术层次:研究发现基础医学学科发展到一定阶段后出现技术科学成果,基础医学向临床转化应注重应用导向或基础性专利的形成。随着基础医学的不断发展,各学科领域会相继进入向临床医学转化的中间阶段,技术科学性成果也会越来越多。基于此,我国应尽快在科研经费投入和人才培养、学科建设等方面做出调整,加强基础医学研究,促进基础医学向临床端转化。更多还原

【Abstract】 Taking the“upside down”of 2016 Lasker Award as excuse,Statistics and analysis 70 years patent data of Lasker Award winners,in order to explore the changes of Lasker Medical Research Awards Achievements.The study found that the patent holder for basic Lasker Award winners in an increasingly large proportion,which means that such research is transforming to intermediate achievement from pure basic research to the application side.Also found that more and more papers are published by clinical medicine awards winners,which means that such research is transforming to intermediate achievement between the application research and basic research.Further discriminating the nature of the research,based on the scientific and technological hierarchy and the information of award-winning.It’s found that with the development of basic science,various disciplines will enter into the stage of the Translational medicine,and more and more technological science achievements will be achieved.This change is consistent with the development of transformation medicine.It is the embodiment of the role of the intermediary and bridge of technical science.Thus research funding,personnel training and discipline construction in our country should be improved as soon.更多还原
