【摘要】 21世纪以来,随着国家双创政策的提出,国内创业活动蓬勃发展,成为创新发展、产业升级的重要驱动因素。但新创企业面临天生的资源劣势,仅靠初始资源难以维持持续竞争力,因此新创公司必须提升自身的资源整合能力以应对快速变化的外部环境。在新创企业的相关研究方面,国内外学者关注于绩效、社会网络、资源整合等研究主题,证明这些确实是新创企业面临的核心问题。资源整合能力对新创企业绩效的正向促进作用已经得到国内外研究的充分验证。因此,如何提升资源整合能力在理论上和现实上都有重要的意义。在资源整合的国际研究中,资源整合的影响因素是最热门的研究主题,也驱动着国际资源整合研究的发展。但国内学者目前对此主题尚未展开大量研究。同时,国内外有很多学者研究不同情境下资源整合过程、方式、能力的内涵界定及相关关系,但是较少有学者从创业导向视角研究新创企业的资源整合能力提升机制。以往创业导向与资源整合相关关系的研究也出现了多种不用的结果,证明两者之间的关系仍然需要进一步的探讨。因此,本文试图研究新创企业创业导向的不同维度对资源整合能力的影响,并探究组织学习的中介机制,从而为新创企业的持续增长提供参考。本文通过对新创企业、资源整合、创业导向、组织学习的研究梳理,提出创业导向-组织学习-资源整合能力这一研究模型。通过对193个新创企业的问卷调查,运用层次回归分析方法探究了创业导向三维度、组织学习、资源整合能力之间的关系。研究结果表明,创新性、先动性、风险承担性对资源整合能力有正向促进作用,其中创新性和先动性的促进作用大于风险承担性;组织学习在创业导向和资源整合能力的关系中起到显著的中介作用,且中介效应受产业类型、企业规模的影响。本文补充了国内资源整合影响因素的研究,细化了创业导向-资源整合这一研究主题,探究了三维度的不同影响及中介机制。本文的结论将来可在其他地区的样本中进一步验证,未来研究也可以继续探索我国新创企业资源整合能力的提升机制,以及创业导向不同维度之间的关系及对其他变量的不同影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the proposal of the double-creation policy,domestic entrepreneurial activities have flourished and become an important driver of innovation development and industrial upgrading.New ventures are faced with significant resource disadvantages and new entry defects,and it is difficult to maintain sustainable competitiveness by relying only on initial resources.Therefore,start-ups must improve their resource integration ability to respond to the fast-changing external environment.Among the related research of new start-ups,research themes such as performance,social network,and resource integration are popular and it has been proved that resource integration positively influenced the start-ups’ performance.Hence it’s theoretically and practically important to research how to improve the resource integration ability.The research on the antecedents of resource integration ability in China lags behind international research.By sorting out relevant Chinese and international research on resource integration,it is found that few scholars have studied the resource integration abilities of new ventures from the perspective of entrepreneurial orientation.This paper attempts to study the positive influence of new ventures’ entrepreneurial orientation on the resource integration ability and explore the intermediary mechanism of organizational learning to provide management reference for the new ventures’ continued growth.This paper establishes a model of entrepreneurial orientation,organizational learning and resources integration ability.Based on 193 start-ups’ questionnaires,the relationship was explored by hierarchy regression process.The results show that innovativeness orientation,proactive orientation,and risk-taking orientation have positive effects on resource integration ability.And organizational learning plays an intermediary role in the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and resource integration abilities.This paper supplements the research on the influencing factors of resource integration and refines the research of entrepreneurial orientation-resource integration.Finally,this paper puts forward management suggestions and future research insights.更多还原
