建筑工业化预制构件厂选址研究

【摘要】 随着我国经济社会的快速发展,建筑业已经成为我国的支柱性产业。然而长期以来建筑行业因存在生产方式粗放、高能耗问题而广受诟病。建筑行业急需行业创新和产业升级以摆脱这种高耗费,高污染的窘境,因此建筑工业化装配式生产建造方式作为一种新型的建筑模式应运而生,并因其具有快速建造、节能建造、安全建造的优势而广受关注。建筑工业化预制构件厂作为装配式生产建造方式的核心,其选址不仅关乎经济发展,建筑工业化产业环境,更与社会影响,自然环境息息相关,因此采用科学的方法对建筑工业化预制构件厂进行选址研究意义重大。传统选址方法较为单一,研究的选址情况并不丰富,考虑的影响因素适用性不强,本文针对筑工业化预制构件厂选址的特殊性,将从以下三个方面进行研究:(1)论文重点梳理了建筑工业化、建筑工业化预制构件厂的发展现状,收集了设施选址的影响因素和设施选址的主要方法。考虑到建筑工业化预制构件厂的特殊性,确定了建筑工业化预制构件厂选址的影响因素。(2)论文通过调查问卷的形式,采用灰色关联分析法对确定的建筑工业化预制构件厂选址的影响因素进行了分析,筛选出影响建筑工业化预制构件厂选址的关键因素。通过调查问卷的形式,采用层次分析法对指标体系进行权重计算。(3)论文通过调查问卷的形式,采用模糊综合评价法对案例中的方案进行最终的评价,达到选址的目的。

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of the economy and society of China,the construction industry has become a pillar industry in China.However,for a long time,the construction industry has been widely criticized for its extensive production mode and high energy consumption.The construction industry is in urgent need of industry innovation and industrial upgrading to get rid of this high consumption and high pollution dilemma.Therefore,the building industrial assembly style production and construction mode has come into being as a new type of building model,and has been widely concerned because of its advantages of rapid construction,energy saving construction and safety construction.As the core of the assembly mode of production and construction,the site selection is not only related to the economic development,the industrial environment of the construction industry,but the social influence and the natural environment.Therefore,it is significance to study the location of the prefabricated component factory by scientific method.The traditional location method is relatively simple,the location of the research is not rich,and the applicability of the influencing factors is not strong.This paper will study the following three aspects in view of the particularity of the site selection of the industrial prefabricated component factory.(1)This paper focuses on the development of the construction industrialization and the construction industrialization prefabricated component factory,and collects the factors affecting the location of the facilities and the main methods of the facility location.Taking into account the particularity of the industrial precast component plant,the factors affecting the site selection of the industrial precast component plant are determined.(2)Through the form of questionnaire,the paper analyzes the factors affecting the site selection of the construction industrial prefabricated component plant by the grey correlation analysis method,and selects the key factors that affect the site selection of the prefabricated component factory.Through the form of questionnaire,AHP is used to calculate the weight of the index system.(3)Through the form of questionnaire,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the scheme of the case in order to achieve the purpose of site selection.
