【摘要】 新中国建立后,以美国为首的西方阵营对华采取敌视包围的政策,日本作为西方阵营的一员也追随美国的对华政策。尽管日本政府在约二十年的时间里一直不承认中华人民共和国政府,但中日之间的民间交往却一直在进行着。中日民间交往不仅促进了双方经济文化的交流,也一步步推动了双方的政治接触。在众多推动中日交流的民间人士中,冈崎嘉平太以其独到的眼光、不懈的努力和非凡的贡献在中日关系史上留下了浓重的一笔,他也被周恩来总理誉为中日关系的“掘井人”。冈崎嘉平太作为在二战前已经取得一定的社会地位并亲身经历侵华战争的日本财界人士,为何在战后会致力于推动中日交流乃至中日建交,他做过哪些积极的工作,背后又体现出他怎样的思考,这是一个有趣的问题。本文试图充分运用现有关于冈崎嘉平太的材料,在梳理其主要对华活动的基础上,去探索这些活动背后冈崎的思考。虽然冈崎嘉平太出生于二战前,但他较少受到军国主义思想的影响,他认为简单的殖民扩张并不能实现日本国家的利益。他认为,日本注定要与亚洲国家生活在一起,日本无法独自享受和平与繁荣,而必须与东亚国家一起携手进步。同时,他也深刻理解日本对外侵略扩张给邻国造成的痛苦。因而,他主张不能只考虑日美关系而轻视日本与东亚大陆国家的关系。他不仅为推动中日关系出谋划策,更是身体力行、亲身参与。以冈崎嘉平太为代表的中日民间人士所搭起的中日民间交流通道不仅为两国的经济文化交流、政治接触提供了一个重要的通道,也为中国了解西方、西方了解中国提供了一个重要的窗口。而在冈崎嘉平太的晚年,他似乎也看到了中日关系的一些隐忧。更多还原

【Abstract】 After the founding of New China,the Western camp,led by the United States,adopted a hostile and encircling policy towards China,and Japan,as a member of the Western camp,also followed the U.S.policy toward China.Although the Japanese government has not recognized the PRC government for about 20 years,people-to-people exchanges between China and Japan have been ongoing.The people-to-people exchanges between China and Japan have not only promoted the exchange of economy and culture,but also promoted the political contacts between the two sides.Among the important persons who promoted the exchanges between China and Japan,Okazaki Kaheita with his unique vision,unremitting efforts and extraordinary contributions has left a glorious chapter in the history of Sino-Japanese relations,who was praised by the Premier Zhou Enlai as one of "the well diggers" of the Sino-Japanese relations.Okazaki Kaheita was a financial personage who had acquired a certain social status before the Second World War and had experienced the invasion of China.It is an interesting question why,after the war,he has made some positive efforts to promote Sino-Japanese exchanges and even the establishment of diplomatic ties with China and Japan.This paper tries to make full use of the existing materials about Okazaki Kaheita,and to organize his main activities to China,to explore his thinking behind these activities.Although Okazaki Kaheita was born before World War II,he was less influenced by militarism,and he believed that a simple colonial expansion could not achieve the interests of Japan.He believed that Japan was destined to live with Asian countries,Japan couldn’t enjoy peace and prosperity on its own,but must work with East Asian countries to progress together.At the same time,he deeply understood the pain caused by Japan’s foreign invasion and expansion to its neighboring countries.Therefore,he advocated that Japan and the East Asian countries should not be taken lightly by the Japanese-American relationship.He is not only to promote China-Japan relations,but also hands-on,personal participation.The Sino-Japanese folk communication channel,represented by Okazaki Kaheita,not only provides an important channel for economic and cultural exchanges and political contacts between the two countries,but also provides an important window for the understanding between China and the West.And in Okazaki Kaheita ’s old age,he seems to have seen some of the worries of Sino-Japanese relations.更多还原
