车载式双臂绿篱机电液控制系统的设计与研究

【摘要】 随着社会经济的快速发展,高速公路里程不断增加,使得高速公路的绿化面积也随之增加,绿化在给人们带来益处的同时,也产生了一些不必要的问题,其中植被的修剪问题尤为突出。所以,绿篱修剪设备的应用就显得极其重要,为了提高其应用性、高效性、经济性以及安全性。课题组设计了一种应用于高速公路植被修剪作业的车载式双臂绿篱机,本文是在参考国内外先进技术的基础上,对工作装置的电控系统进行了研究和设计。首先,本文介绍了车载式双臂绿篱机的基本结构和工作原理,对其液压系统的工作原理进行了说明,在此基础上设计了绿篱机的电控系统,并详细分析了绿篱机电控系统中的各个子系统的组成与工作原理,包括臂的伸缩和变幅以及刀具的摆动升降。然后根据对工作装置的功能分析来确定控制系统的输入输出信号,对控制系统的硬件总体结构进行设计,选用上海都协的DX-EC48C控制器作为控制系统的硬件控制核心,手持式操作面板来发送执行信号,利用CAN总线通信技术完成控制系统模块之间的信息传输,经过上位机界面来检测工作装置作业时的重要控制参数,便于操作者及时了解装置工作情况。接着,完成工作装置整体及各个子系统的控制流程图的编制,在此基础上,利用CODESYS编程软件来实现绿篱机系统的软件控制,程序设计中编写了整体控制和I/O初始化模块程序,并以转台动作为例,对控制程序进行了编写。最后,对完成的控制系统进行装机前和装机后的测试,结果表明,电液控制系统性能达到了预期的要求。为绿篱机向高效以及智能化等更高层次发展奠定了基础。

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of social economy,the mileage of highways has continuously increased.As a result,the greening area of expressways has also increased.While greening brings benefits to people,it also causes some necessary problems,among which the problem of vegetation trimming is particularly acute.Therefore,the application of hedge trimmer is particularly important,in order to improve its applicability,efficiency,economy and safety.The research group has designed a vehicle-mounted double-arm hedge trimmer which applied to vegetation trimming of highway.This article is based on the reference of domestic and foreign advanced technologies,and the electronic control system of the working device was studied and designed.Firstly,the basic structure and working principle of vehicle-mounted two-arm hedge trimmer are introduced in this article,and the working principle of the hydraulic system is described,then the electronic control system of the hedge trimmer is designed based on these.The composition and working principle of each subsystem in the hedge trimmer electric control system are analyzed in detail,including the amplitude and stretch of arms and the amplitude and stretch of tool swinging.Secondly,according to the function analysis of the working device to determine the input and output signals of the control system,the overall hardware structure of the control system is designed.The DX-EC48 C controller of Douxie Shanghai is used as the hardware control core of the control system.The Hand-held control panel sends the execution signal to the control system.CAN bus communication technology is used to complete the transmission of the information between the control system modules,andthe important control parameters of the working device are detected through the upper computer interface,which makes it easy for the operator to keep abreast of the working status of the device.Then,the control flow chart of the whole work device and each subsystem is completed.On this basis,software control of the hedge trimmer system is realized by using CODESYS programming software.The program of overall control and I / O initialization module is programmed,taking turntable action as an example,the control program has been prepared.Finally,the completed control system was tested before and after installation.The results show that the performance of the electro-hydraulic control systemmeets the expectedrequirements.Lay the foundation for a higher level of development such as efficient and intelligent hedge trimmer
