农村公路事故多发路段交通安全技术研究

【摘要】 近年来,农村公路取得了巨大的成果,车辆保有量不断增加,但是,道路自身存在着诸多问题,如长大纵坡、视距不良、机非混行、急弯等危及行车安全的因素,使得农村公路交通事故率不断增加,成为制约农村经济发展亟待解决的问题。首先,本文借鉴国内已有经验、资料对农村和农村道路进行界定和按道路路用功能进行道路分级。同时,根据实地的交通调查和资料收集,给出适用于农村地区的设计车辆及车辆设计尺寸。结合现有规范,给出不同路用功能道路的设计速度。其次,通过国内外已有经验对事故多发路段进行界定,然后通过对交通事故资料整理、数据分析,得出农村地区交通事故多发路段(点),为后文有针对性地提出合理的措施做准备,有的放矢。然后通过对交通事故特征及影响因素进行研究,为之后道路安全问题的解决提供理论和技术支持。最后,针对以上事故多发路段进行交通安全设计。通过运用汽车动力学原理来研究最大纵坡和坡长限制,进而解决长大纵坡安全问题;通过实地交通调查、资料收集和仿真模拟,分别确定平原区主导车型和机非分道阈值,并根据道路功和交通情况设置不同形式的机非分道行驶模型,计算出提供临时超车和错车功能的车行道边缘白色虚线和具有临时超车作用的白色虚实线长度、间距和错车道一系列参数;通过平交口处渠化交通、设置右转非机动车道以及化左转为二次过街等交通组织方法,以解决交叉口处机非混行问题;通过对横净距和平交口处视距三角形的研究,以分别确保路段和平交口处良好的视距;对于农村道路受限路段,通过道路安全防护设施的研究,以保障路侧道路安全。

【Abstract】 In recent years,the rural road has achieved tremendous results.The number of vehicles continues to increase.But,there are many deficiencies in the road itself,such as long-graded vertical slope,poor line-of-sight,non-mixed travel,sharp bends and other factors of crisis driving safety,which makes the rural highway traffic accident rate increase continuously,which has become a problem that must be solved to restrict rural economic development.First of all,we use domestic experience and information to define the rural roads and classify them according to their functional level.At the same time,based on traffic surveys and data collection in the field,we have provided design vehicles and vehicle sizes that are suitable for use in rural areas.Combined with the existing specifications,the design speeds of different road functions are given.The accident-prone road sections are defined through existing experiences at home and abroad.Afterwards,through the data collection and data analysis of traffic accidents,the traffic accident-prone road sections in rural areas have been drawn up to provide reasonable measures for the following texts.Then through the study of the characteristics and influencing factors of traffic accidents,it provides theoretical and technical support for the solution of road safety problems.Finally,we designed the safety of the accident-prone road sections.Through the knowledge of vehicle dynamics to study the maximum longitudinal slope and slope length limit,to solve the longitudinal slope problem;we determine the dominant vehicle type and machine non-circumference threshold in the plain area through field traffic investigation and simulation.According to the road work and traffic conditions,different types of non-separation driving models are set up,and non-motorized lanes and wrong lane parameters are calculated.Through the study of the transverse net distance and the line of sight triangle,a good visual distance between the road section and the intersection is ensured.For roads with restricted roads,safety protection facilities have been studied to ensure road safety.
