【摘要】 奶牛产业是公认的节粮、高效、产业关联度高的产业,也是技术、资本密集型产业,是农业现代化发展的主导产业。奶业的高度发展离不开稳定的产业链和产业效益的提升,奶牛产业稳定的产业链可以合理分配产业链各环节利益,奶牛产业效益的提升可以创造出更多的价值。奶牛产业涉及很多产业,奶牛产业的高度发展可以带动其它产业的发展,创造出更多的经济和生态效益。目前,奶牛产业得到了各级政府和学术界的重视,向着现代化,集约化发展。奶业既是促进三产稳定发展的关键性产业,又是农业的现代化的代表性产业,现代化奶业的建设要以优质安全、提质增效、绿色发展为目标。本文以安徽省为例,对奶牛产业链整合与效益提升进行研究,产业链整合上促进奶业规模化、组织化、一体化水平,产业效益提升上走高效、安全、生态奶业现代化发展道路,以提高安徽省奶业发展的质量效益和竞争力为目标。本文以产业一体化理论、规模经济理论和价值链理论为基础,再用实证分析结合比较分析安徽省奶牛产业的现状及问题,分析了奶牛产业效益,在此基础上提出整合奶牛产业链的模式与提升效益的策略,并针对安徽省奶牛产业的发展提出了对策建议。本文第一部分(第一章、第二章)主要介绍本文的研究背景和理论基础;第二部分(第三章、第四章)对安徽省奶牛产业整体现状分析,然后分析产业链各环节现状,包括奶牛养殖,乳制品加工,乳制品消费三个主要环节,找出安徽省奶牛产业面临的问题;第三部分(第五章)对安徽省奶牛产业各环节效益进行分析,得出安徽省奶牛产业规模效益未显现,生鲜乳供需经常波动,而且收购价低,奶牛产业链之间利润分配失衡;第四部分(第六章、第七章)根据奶牛产业面临的问题,提出奶牛产业链纵向一体化的模式,并对奶牛产业效益的提升提出策略。第五部分(第八章)得出研究结论,并对安徽省奶牛产业提出政策建议。最终提出安徽省奶牛产业要协调产业链各主体利益,建立原料奶价格机制;提高产业组织化程度,加强奶源基地建设,完善现代奶牛产业科技服务体系;发展“种养结合”的生态奶牛产业;鼓励乳制品加工龙头企业产品结构优化,引导市场消费。更多还原

【Abstract】 The dairy industry is recognized as an industry with high grain,high efficiency,and high industrial relevance.It is also a technology and capital intensive industry,and a leading industry in the development of agricultural modernization.The highly developed dairy industry is inseparable from a stable industrial chain and industrial efficiency increasing.The stable industrial chain of the dairy industry can rationally distribute the benefits of all aspects of the industrial chain.The dairy industrial efficiency increasing can create more value.The dairy industry involves many industries,and the highly developed dairy industry can drive the development of other industries and create more economic and ecological benefits.At present,the dairy industry has been valued by governments and academia at all levels,and is moving toward modernization and intensive development.Dairy industry is not only a key industry that promotes the stable development of primary,secondary,and tertiary industries,but also a representative industry for the modernization of agriculture,So The construction of modern dairy industry should aim at quality,safety,efficiency and green development.This paper takes Anhui Province as an example to study the integration of dairy industry chain and industrial efficiency increasing,promote the scale,organization and integration of dairy industry through the integration of industrial chains and efficient,safe and ecological milk industry modernization through industrial efficiency increasing,to improve the quality,efficiency and competitiveness of dairy industry development in Anhui Province.This paper is based on industrial integration theory,scale economy theory,and industrial value chain theory,uses empirical analysis and comparative analysis of the status and problems of dairy industry in Anhui Province,analyzes the dairy industrial efficiency increasing,and proposes a strategy to integrate the dairy industry chain and industrial efficiency increasing,and proposed policy recommendations for the development of dairy industry in Anhui Province.The first part of this paper(chapter 1,chapter 2)mainly introduces the research background and theoretical basis of this paper.The second part(chapter 3 and chapter 4)analyzes the overall status of the dairy industry in Anhui Province,and then analyzes the status quo of all aspects of the industry chain,including dairy cattle breeding,dairy product processing,and dairy product consumption,finds out the problems facing dairy industry in Anhui Province.The third part(chapter 5)analyzes the benefits of the dairy industry in Anhui Province and concludes that the scale efficiency of the dairy industry in Anhui Province does not appear,the supply and demand of fresh milk often fluctuate,and the purchase price is low,and the profit distribution between dairy industry chains is imbalanced.The fourth part(chapter 6 and chapter 7)proposes a vertical integration model for the dairy industry chain based on the problems faced by the dairy industry,and proposes strategies for improving the industrial efficiency of dairy cows.The fifth part(Chapter 8)draws conclusions and proposes policy recommendations for the dairy industry in Anhui Province.Finally,it is proposed that the dairy cow industry in Anhui Province should coordinate the interests of various stakeholders in the industrial chain,establish a raw milk price mechanism,increase the degree of industrial organization,strengthen the construction of milk source bases,and improve the technological service system for the modern dairy cattle industry;and develop a “combination of planting and farming” ecological dairy industry,Encourage dairy product processing leading enterprises to optimize product structure and guide market consumption.更多还原
