矿山供电系统故障电弧断路器的研究

【摘要】 近年来,我国国民经济飞速发展,人民生活水平显著提高,用电设备及其供配电系统也越来越复杂,随之而来的出现用电事故的几率在不断增高。现实生活中,在供电电路里应用故障电弧断路器进行保护,达到了预防电气火灾的喜人效果。然而能够应用于煤矿供电系统的AFCI还尚未研制成功,本文设计出新型故障电弧断路器,使之能适用于煤矿的恶劣环境。针对非固定点故障电弧本文提出了粒子群算法(PSO)优化BP神经网络的串联型故障电弧检测算法,对线路中发生的故障电弧进行检测、诊断,提取故障电弧电流信号的能量谱作为特征量,并通过实验验证了该故障电弧识别方法的准确性和可行性;针对电气设备内部固定点的故障电弧,选择弧光检测法,采用弧光和电流双判据。硬件电路设计中还加入了漏电保护的功能,能够更好得起到保护作用,有效地减少故障电弧对矿山供电系统用电设备的损害。

【Abstract】 In recent years,the rapid development of national economy in our country,people’s living standards improve,electrical equipment and power supply and distribution system is becoming more and more complex,resulting in increasing the risk of accidents.In real life,arc fault circuit breaker has a significant role to protect circuit and to prevent fire by arc fault.However,The AFCI which can be used in coal mine power supply system has not been developed.This paper designed a new type of arc fault circuit breaker which is applicable to coal mine environment.For the arc fault in fixed point,particle swarm optimization(PSO)to optimize the BP neural network recognition method of arc fault diagnosis test is proposed in this paper,extract energy spectrum as the characteristics of arc fault current signal,the accuracy and feasibility of arc fault recognition method is verified by the experimental;For the fault arc in internal protection switch cabinet,using double criterion of arc and current detection method.The electric leakage protection function is also joined in hardware circuit,which can better protect and effectively reduce the arc fault of electrical equipment damage from coalmine power supply system.
