个案工作在涉罪青少年矫正辅导中的应用

【摘要】 青少年犯罪已经成为当今危害社会的严重问题之一。青少年是祖国的未来,解决好青少年的犯罪问题至关重要。对目前国内涉罪青少年帮教状况的调查发现,传统帮助和教育方式的效果不甚理想,这值得我们深思并密切关注。社会工作是以科学知识为基础、运用专业方法的助人服务活动,而个案工作作为社会工作的基本方法之一,主张以个别化的方式帮助有需要者解决困难和问题,这与涉罪青少年矫正服务的需求相契合。本文以N市X区外来未成年人管护基地的涉罪青少年为研究对象,主要采用文献法、参与式观察法、访谈法等进行研究,笔者与司法工作者、涉罪青少年一起参与到矫正社会工作中,综合运用社会生态系统理论、优势视角、认知理论等,对涉罪青少年矫正的个案工作介入进行了分析和探讨。本文共有四个部分。第一章绪论,包括研究背景、研究意义,对相关概念进行了界定,并梳理了青少年矫正社会工作的相关研究,最后确定了本文的研究方法。第二章,个案工作介入涉罪青少年矫正的必要性分析,指出了当前青少年矫正工作存在的诸多问题,并梳理出个案工作介入的三大优势,从而论证涉罪青少年矫正需要个案工作的介入。第三章,个案工作介入涉罪青少年矫正的实务分析,这是本文的核心部分。在该章节,笔者选取有代表的案例作为研究对象,以社会生态系统理论、优势视角、认知理论为指导,运用个案工作心理与社会治疗模式进行个案介入。文中将个案介入的整个实务过程、运用理论模式及专业技巧等进行了完整呈现。第四章,个案工作介入涉罪青少年矫正的反思与建议。分析了当前矫正社会工作存在的问题,并提出完善个案工作介入青少年矫正的对策和建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Juvenile delinquency has become one of the serious problems that endanger society today.Teenagers are the future of our country and it is very important to solve the problem of juvenile delinquency.The investigation of the current situation of juvenile delinquency in China has found that the traditional help and education method are not very satisfactory,which is worth considering and paying close attention to.Is based on scientific knowledge,the use of professional social work method of helping service activities,and case work as one of the basic methods of social work,claims to individualized way to help those who need to solve difficulties and problems,this and related crimes teenagers corresponds to the correct service demand.This article focuses on the juvenile offenders in the N city X district,and uses the literature method,participatory observation method,and interview method to conduct research.The author participated in the correction with juvenile workers and young people involved in crimes.In social work,a comprehensive application of social ecosystem theory,an advantage perspective,and a cognitive theory were used to analyze,investigate and apply the case work involved in juvenile correction.This article has four parts.The first chapter includes the background of the research,the significance of the research,the definition of relevant concepts,and the related research on the social work of young people’s correction.Finally,the research methods of this article are determined.Chapter Two analyzes the necessity of casework involvement in juvenile correction and points out the problems existing in current juvenile correction work,and combs out the three major advantages of casework intervention to demonstrate the involvement of casework in youth correction.The third chapter is about the practice of casework intervention in juvenile correction.This is the core part of this paper.In this chapter,the author selected representative cases as research objects,guided by social ecosystem theory,superiority perspectives,and cognitive theory,and applied case work psychology and social treatment models to individual case intervention.This paper presents the entire practical process of case involvement,the use of theoretical models,and professional skills.The fourth chapter is the reflection and suggestion of case work intervention in juvenile correction.This paper analyzes the existing problems in the correction of social work and puts forward some countermeasures and Suggestions to improve the case work.更多还原
