【摘要】 党的十八大以来,习近平总书记从顶层设计的高度提出了一系列适合我国生态发展的新观点新理念新要求,内涵丰富,立意深远。习近平生态文明思想是关系国家发展全局的战略性思想,在其思想指导下过去五年成为我国生态文明建设效果最为显著,成就最为丰富的一个时期。步入中国特色社会主义新时代,习近平生态文明思想中的“绿水青山就是金山银山”、“人与自然和谐共生”等绿色发展理念,已经在全社会形成广泛共识。“满足人民群众对良好生态环境新期待”是党和政府的美好愿景和全国人民的精神期盼,并且在国际社会中产生了影响力,提升了我国的国际生态话语权。习近平生态文明思想是指导我国各方面建设的全局性思想,也是建设美丽中国和实现中华民族永续发展的行动指南。本文立足于我国国情,通过对习近平生态文明思想相关文献资料的梳理,了解习近平生态文明思想的产生背景,分析其形成的理论渊源和现实依据。习近平生态文明思想是在马克思主义经典作家的生态文明思想、古代传统生态文明思想和中国共产党的生态文明思想的基础上继承和发展的,并结合了我国现实的生态国情和习近平个人丰富的基层生态实践积累而产生的。本文从五个角度阐述习近平生态文明思想的主要内容,包括“绿水青山就是金山银山”的生态发展思想、“满足人民群众对良好生态环境新期待”的生态政治思想、“让绿色文化在全社会扎根”的生态文化思想、“坚持人与自然和谐共生”的生态社会思想和“最严格制度、最严密法治”的生态制度思想。由此,得出了习近平生态文明思想具有丰富的时代价值的结论,并对习近平生态文明思想的时代价值分为理论价值和实践价值两个角度进行阐释。深刻认识习近平生态文明思想具有重大意义,是关系到国家未来和民族复兴的必要性研究。通过对习近平生态文明思想的研究让世人更加准确地认识习近平生态文明思想,打造有利于我国生态文明建设的社会环境,形成生态文明社会,更好地实现人民的幸福和民族的发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since the 18th national congress of the communist party of China,general secretary Xi Jinping has put forward a series of new ideas and new requirements for China’s ecological development from the height of top-level design.Xi Jinping,ecological civilization thought is a global strategic thinking,the national development under its guidance in the past five years to become the most significant effect of ecological civilization construction in our country,the most abundant achievements of a period.Into the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,the ecosystem civilization thought in xi "green water castle peak is the jinshan silver","harmonious coexistence between man and nature" concept of green development,has formed in the whole society wide consensus."Satisfy the people look for in a new good ecological environment" is the Chinese government’s political vision and the spirit of the Chinese people look forward to,and has an influence in the international community,improve the international ecological discourse in China.Xi Jinping’s idea of ecological civilization is an overarching idea that guides all aspects of China’s construction,and is also a guide to building a beautiful China and realizing the sustainable development of the Chinese nation.This paper expounds the main contents of Xi Jinping’s ecological civilization from five angles.,and through the Jinping ecological civilization thought literature comb,understand the background of Xi Jinping,ecological civilization thought,analysis of its formation of the theory origin and realistic basis.Xi Jinping ecological civilization thought is in ecological civilization thought of marxist classical writers,ancient traditional thought of ecological civilization and the ecological civilization ideology of the communist party of China on the basis of inheritance and development,and combined with the reality in our country is rich in ecological conditions and xi individual of basic ecological practice.This paper expounds the main contents of Xi Jinping’s ecological civilization from five angles.including "green water castle peak is jinshan yinshan" ecological development idea,"to meet the people look for in a good ecological environment new" ecological political thought,"let the green culture rooted in the whole society" ecological culture ideas,"adhere to the harmonious coexistence between man and nature" of ecological social thought and "the most stringent system,most under the rule of law’" of ecological system ideas.As a result,it is concluded that the Jinping era of ecological civilization thought with rich valuable conclusions,and Xi Jinping,the era of ecological civilization value can be divided into two points of view:theoretical value and practical value.It is of great significance to have a deep understanding of Xi Jinping’s ecological civilization,and it is necessary to study the future of the country and the rejuvenation of the nation.Based on the research of the Jinping ecological civilization thought make the world more accurately known,Xi Jinping,ecological civilization building is conducive to China’s ecological civilization construction of the social environment,the formation of ecological civilization society,realize people’s happiness and national sustainable development.更多还原
