【摘要】 目的:观察清肺饮联合阿奇霉素及槐杞黄颗粒来治疗小儿痰热闭肺型支原体肺炎,评价应用中西药结合的治疗方式的临床疗效,以及中医药对该病治疗的优越性。方法:将90例观察病例,根据用药的不同,分为三组,治疗组:清肺饮、槐杞黄颗粒、阿奇霉素联合应用30例;对照组1:清肺饮、阿奇霉素联合应用30例;对照组2:应用阿奇霉素30例。结果:治疗组及对照组1的总有效率为96.76%,对照组2的总体有效率为86.67%,从整体有效率上比较治疗组与对照组1疗效相当,均优于对照组2。治疗组与对照组1在退热、止咳、平喘、除痰等方面的作用疗效相当,且均优于对照组2;但从改善及预防口渴、便秘等方面作用,经比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),治疗组明显优于对照组1及对照组2。治疗组疗效与患儿年龄、病程、病情严重程度无相关性。结论:清肺饮、槐杞黄颗粒、阿奇霉素联合应用治疗小儿支原体肺炎(痰热闭肺型)具有良好的临床疗效,既可以起到更好的治疗作用,还可以在一定程度上预防和改善热性病治疗过程中出现的阴伤证候,为支原体肺炎的治疗提供新思路,具有较高的临床价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose: To observe the Qingfei Decoction combind azithromycin and Huai Qihuang Particles to treat phlegm-heat lung closed type mycoplasma pneumonia,and to evaluate the application of the combination of traditional Chinese medicine treatment the clinical curative effect,and the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of the disease.Methods: 90 cases were observed and divided into three groups according to the different drugs.The treatment group was: Qingfei Decoction,Huai Qihuang Particles and azithromycin combined with 30 cases.Control group 1:30 cases of Qingfei Decoction and azithromycin combined application;Control 2:30 cases of azithromycin were used.Results: The total effective rate in treatment group and control group 1 was 96.76%,control group 2 the overall effective rate was 86.67%,from the overall effective treatment to compare the treatment group and control group 1,2 is better than that of control group.The effect of observation group and control group 1 in the treatment of fever,cough,asthma and phlegm was similar,and both were better than the control group 2.However,there were significant differences between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05),and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group 1 and the control group 2.The efficacy of treatment group was not correlated with age,course of disease and severity of disease.Conclusion: Qingfei Decoction,Huai Qihuang Particles,azithromycin combined use of treatment of children with mycoplasma pneumonia(phlegm-heat lung closed type)has good clinical curative effect,can play a better role in the treatment of already,also can be in a certain extent,prevent and improve heat disease treatment in the process of YinShang syndrome,provide new way for the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia,has high clinical value.更多还原
