庄河市某地区水治理工程规划研究
Study on Water Treatment Project Planning in a Region of Zhuanghe

【摘要】 城市化进程不断加快,我国城市的水资源短缺、洪涝灾害、水体黑臭以及生态系统退化的诸多水灾害问题逐渐凸显。而传统的雨洪管理措施不仅不能有效解决这些水灾害问题,更因为其简化的水循环过程和缺乏合理的治理方式导致雨水污染和短缺等问题更加严重,城市水治理成为目前迫切解决的问题。海绵城市建设在我国已有多年实践经验,形成了通过渗、滞、蓄、净、用、排等全面且低影响的城市水环境系统的修复及改造,提升城市水生态系统的自身修复及循环能力,最终构建具有可持续性、协调有序的城市水生态系统。本研究从当前城市水治理工程设施实践出发,结合具体案例深入探讨水环境整治的各类工程设施体系构建。通过借鉴国内外先进理念和实践经验,结合案例的具体情况,从区域整体特征出发,构建一定雏形的水治理工程设施系统模型。有效解决城市洪涝灾害、水资源短缺等诸多水灾害问题,为相关技术人员和实际工程建设提供借鉴和参考,为国内的水治理相关建设提供更合理的基础工程案例支持。依据“海绵城市”建设目标,以及水环境治理的方法理论,结合规划区存在的汇水区混接,水污染问题凸显、生活污水处理率低的水环境污染问题;雨水径流控制效果差、缺乏雨水管理的防洪涝系统问题;景观生态性较差、破坏生态水循环的问题,提出生态水环境保护、防洪管理改造、污水的处理利用以及生态水循环建立的水环境治理体系构建,综合的治理规划区存在的水环境问题。
【Abstract】 The accelerated urbanization process brings many problems of water disaster to our cities,such as flood,water shortage,water body odor and ecosystem degradation.But the traditional Stormwater Management measures can not only effectively solve these water problems,but also because the simplified water cycle process and the lack of a reasonable way of governance lead to more serious problems such as rainwater pollution and shortage.Urban water treatment has become an urgent problem at present.After years of practice in sponge city construction,has been formed through the restoration and reconstruction of "infiltration,stagnation,storage,net,row" comprehensive,low impact city natural environment and water system,improve water ecological system of the city’s own self repair capacity,and ultimately build to be sustainable,coordinated and orderly the City water ecosystem.This study,starting from the current urban water management engineering facilities,combined with specific cases to further explore the construction of various engineering facilities for water environment regulation.By drawing on the advanced concepts and practical experience at home and abroad,combined with the specific circumstances of the case,starting from the overall characteristics of the region,we build a prototype system of water treatment engineering facilities.Effectively solve many problems of water disasters,such as urban flood and waterlogging and water shortage,provide reference for relevant technicians and practical engineering construction,and provide more reasonable basic engineering case support for domestic water treatment related construction.On the basis of the "sponge city" construction,as well as the method of water environment management theory,combined with the existing catchment area planning area of the blend and highlight the problem of water pollution,sewage treatment rate of water pollution is low;rainwater runoff control effect is poor,lack of flood control system of rainwater management;problems of poor ecological water the destruction of the landscape ecological circulation is poor,and proposed the construction of water ecological environment protection,flood control,sewage treatment and utilization management reform and the establishment of ecological water circulation water system of environmental governance and water environment problems of the comprehensive control planning area.
