纤维固化土的路用性能研究

【摘要】 1984年沈大高速公路(沈海高速辽宁段)的建成实现了中国大陆高速公路零的突破,时至2017年3月,我国高速公路总里程已经达到125373公里,居世界首位;土体是道路的基础,也是修筑道路的基本材料之一,其性能对道路的服务水平和使用寿命有着至关重要的影响。土壤固化剂是一种新型环保的外添加剂,一方面固化剂可以提高土体各项性能,另一方面也可以对黄土、膨胀土等特殊土体进行改性、加固,因此,固化剂越来越受到道路研究者的重视;此外,纤维在加固土体方面的应用也逐渐提上日程。为研究纤维与固化剂对土体性能影响,本文主要做了以下工作:(1)对原材料的各项性能进行试验分析,并通过查阅文献对固化剂、纤维的分类和固化机理进行了了解。(2)为了确定纤维的最佳掺量与长度,以纤维长度、掺量和含水率为变量设计了三因素三水平正交试验,对比素土和纤维土的三轴试验结果进行分析。(3)以无侧限抗压强度和劈裂抗拉强度为评价指标,对比分析了土体掺入纤维、水泥、固化剂后强度的提高量,此外,通过测量不同龄期的试件强度得到土体抗压和抗拉强度与龄期的关系。(4)对固化土和纤维固化土的水稳定性和抗冻性能进行了试验研究,并做了对比分析。本文主要研究了纤维和固化剂对长春黏土的加固效果,具有研究的现实意义,可以为以后本地区道路路基施工提供一定的指导和帮助。
【Abstract】 The construction of Shenyang Dalian freeway(Shen Hai Expressway Liaoning section)in 1984 achieved a breakthrough in China’s highway zero.By March 2017,the total mileage of China’s expressways has reached 125373 kilometers,ranking first in the world.Soil is the foundation of roads,and is also one of the basic materials for road construction.Its performance is of vital importance to the service level and service life of roads.Soil solidifying agent is a new kind of environment-friendly additive.On the one hand,the curing agent can improve the properties of soil,on the other hand,it can be modified and strengthened for the special soil such as loess and expansive soil.Therefore,the curing agent has attracted more and more attention from the road researchers.In addition,the application of fiber in soil reinforcement is gradually put on the agenda.In order to study the effect of fiber and curing agent on soil properties,this paper mainly did the following work:(1)Test and analysis of the properties of the raw materials,and through the literature to understand the classification and curing mechanism of curing agents,fibers.(2)In order to determine the optimal fiber content and length,a three-factor threelevel orthogonal test was designed with the fiber length,content and moisture content as variables,and the triaxial test results of plain soil and fiber soil were compared.(3)Using unconfined compressive strength and splitting tensile strength as evaluation indicators,comparative analysis of the increase in strength of soil after incorporation of fiber,cement,and curing agent was performed.In addition,the strength of test pieces at different ages was measured.The relationship between soil compressive strength and tensile strength and age is obtained.(4)The water stability and freeze-thaw resistance of solidified soil and fiber solidified soil were studied experimentally and compared.This paper mainly studies the reinforcing effect of fiber and curing agent on the surrounding soil of Changchun.It has the practical significance of research and can provide some guidance and help for the construction of road subgrade in the future.
