【摘要】 目的探索临床带教教师与本科护生对临床护理本科教学标准化操作规程培训内容的需求,构建临床护理本科教学标准化操作规程框架,为临床带教教师在本科教学过程中提供科学化、系统化、规范化的理论指导。方法应用文献回顾、小组讨论、问卷调查法,初步确立临床护理本科教学标准化操作规程框架指标。应用德尔菲法(Delphi method)对从事临床护理、护理管理、护理教育等领域的25名专家进行两轮咨询,根据专家意见对临床护理本科教学标准化操作规程框架指标进行修改和完善,应用SPSS17.0软件对数据进行统计分析,最终制定出临床护理本科教学标准化操作规程框架。结果1.临床带教教师与本科护生对临床护理本科教学标准化操作规程培训内容需求总分分别为163.00(151.00,175.00)、176.00(142.25,180.00),本科护生需求总分高于临床带教教师,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);本科护生对护理技能培训、护理文书书写培训、教学讲座培训、病例讨论培训等维度的需求均分高于临床带教教师,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2.本研究两轮德尔菲专家咨询的专家积极系数均为1.0;两轮专家判断系数均为0.90;专家熟悉程度系数分别是0.91、0.95;专家权威系数分别为0.905、0.925;第一轮指标重要性赋值均数范围是3.24~5.00,平均值为4.43;第二轮指标重要性赋值均数范围是2.76~5.00,平均值为4.53;第一轮变异系数范围是0.00~0.33,平均值是0.15;第二轮变异系数范围是0.00~0.32,平均值是0.11;第一轮咨询的一级指标、二级指标、三级指标协调系数分别是0.238、0.223、0.215,P=0.000;第二轮咨询的一级指标、二级指标、三级指标协调系数分别是0.404、0.407、0.324,P=0.000,专家意见趋向一致。3.本研究最终构建的临床护理本科教学标准化操作规程框架包括6个方面:入科培训、护理技能培训、护理文书书写培训、护理教学查房培训、教学讲座培训、病例讨论培训。临床护理本科教学标准化操作规程框架包括以上6个一级指标、22个二级指标以及100个三级指标及其具体指标内涵。结论1.临床护理本科教学标准化操作规程是临床带教教师与本科护生培训的共同需求。2.临床护理本科教学标准化操作规程各级框架指标专家意见趋于一致,具有较高的科学性和权威性。3.临床护理本科教学标准化操作规程框架包括入科培训标准化操作规程、护理技能培训标准化操作规程、护理文书书写培训标准化操作规程、护理教学查房培训标准化操作规程、教学讲座培训标准化操作规程、病例讨论培训标准化操作规程等6个方面的教学任务,共包含22个教学环节,100个教学要点。4.临床护理本科教学标准化操作规程框架的构建为临床带教教师在本科教学过程中提供理论指导,将会促进临床护理本科教学向科学化、系统化、规范化发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo explore the training need of clinical nursing teachers and undergraduate nursing students in undergraduate teaching standard operation procedures(SOP),then construct SOP for clinical nursing undergraduate practice,provide scientific,systematic,standard theoretical guidance for clinical nursing teachers in clinical undergraduate teaching.MethodsLiterature review,group discussion method,questionnaire survey were used to establish the initial framework of SOP for clinical undergraduate teaching.We used Delphi expert consultation method to consult 25 experts in clinical nursing,nursing management,clinical nursing education.Two rounds of consultation were used to revise and improve the preliminary framework of clinical undergraduate teaching SOP,statistical analysis was carried out with SPSS 17.0 software,and formulated the clinical nursing undergraduate teaching SOP framing.Results1.The total scores of SOP training content demands of clinical nursing teachers and undergraduate nursing students is 163.00(151.00,175.00)、176.00(142.25,180.00),the total demand of undergraduate nursing students was higher than that of clinical nursing teachers(P<0.05).The demand scores of undergraduate nursing students in skills training,nursing documents writing training,teaching lecture trainingand case discussion training were higher than those of clinical nursing teachers(P <0.05).2.In this study,the expert positive coefficient of the frist round and the second round is both 1.0;Two rounds of expert judgment coefficient is both 0.90.Two rounds of expert familiarity coefficient is 0.91 and 0.95.The expert authority coefficients of two rounds are 0.905 and 0.925;The value of importance for assignment of the frist wheel is3.24~5.00,the average value is 4.43;The value of importance for the assignment of the second wheel is 2.76 ~ 5.00,and the average value is 4.53.The first round of the coefficient of variation was between 0.00~0.33,the average value is 0.15;The second round of the coefficient of variation was between 0.00~0.32,the average value is 0.11;The first round,the coordination coefficient of the three levels indicators is respectively0.238,0.223,0.215,P=0.000;The second round,the coordination coefficient of the three levels indicators were 0.404,0.407,0.324,P=0.000,experts opinion tends to be consistent.3.The clinical undergraduate teaching SOP include six aspects :department training,nursing skills training,nursing records training,teaching lecture training,nursing ward round training,case discussion training.The clinical undergraduate teaching SOP framing:first grade 6 indicators(teaching tasks),second grade 22 indexes(teaching links)and third grade 100 indexes(teaching points)and its specific index connotation.Conclusions1.The clinical undergraduate teaching SOP is the common demand of clinical nursing teachers and undergraduate nursing students.2.The experts opinions of the clinical nursing undergraduate teaching SOP tend to be consistent with each other,and have high scientific and authoritative.3.The clinical undergraduate teaching SOP framing includes 6 aspects:they are department training SOP,skills training SOP,nursing records training SOP,teaching lecture training SOP,nursing ward round training SOP,case discussion training SOP,and including 22 teaching links and 100 teaching points.4.The construction of the clinical nursing undergraduate teaching SOP framing provide theoretical guidance for clinical nursing teachers in clinical nursing undergraduate teaching,it will promote the scientific,systematic and standardized development of clinical nursing undergraduate teaching.更多还原
