应用于电力信息采集的230MHz射频收发系统设计

【摘要】 用电信息采集系统是智能电网的重要组成部分,主要实现对电力用户的信息采集、用电实时监测,因此选择可靠的通信技术对智能电网的构成有着至关重要的作用。无线通信是智能电网的基石,223~231MHz是国家无线电管理委员会划分给电力信息采集系统的专用频段。223~231MHz的用电采集系统性能对用电信息的实时准确采集具有重要的意义。本文研究应用于223~231MHz电力信息采集的射频收发系统设计,该研究不仅可以对智能电网提供通信解决方案,同时可以促进智能电网的发展。本文根据国家电网要求,设计了一种小型化、低功耗,以4FSK为调制方式的射频收发系统架构。本文采用零中频技术简化系统结构,应用高集成度的芯片减小系统体积。该系统由控制电路、调制解调电路、射频变频电路、功率放大器、低噪声放大器以及电源部分组成。本文首先介绍了系统的设计方案,其次对系统指标设计、关键技术的实现以及设计注意事项进行了分析与说明,最后给出了系统的测试结果,结果表明,系统最大输出功率大于等于33dBm,数传频偏为2.5kHz,灵敏度优于-107dBm,载波容差绝对值小于500Hz,杂散射频分量小于5μW,发射邻道抑制大于45dBc。EMC性能良好,满足国家电网对本设计提出的要求。本文设计的223~231MHz的电力信息采集的射频收发系统已在重庆开县大量使用,性能稳定,达到了良好的应用效果。对智能电网的建设提供了重要的技术支撑。
【Abstract】 Electricity information collection system is an important part of smart grid,mainly to achieve the power user information acquisition,real-time monitoring of electricity,so the choice of reliable communication technology plays a very important role on smart grid.Wireless communication is the foundation of the smart grid,223~231 MHz is a special frequency band for the power information collection system,which is divided into the National Radio Administration committee.The performance of 223~231MHz power acquisition system is of great significance for real-time and accurate acquisition of power information.This thesis studies the design of radio frequency transceiver system for 223-231 MHz power information collection.This research can not only provide communication solutions for smart grid,but also promote the development of smart grid.According to the requirements of the national grid,this thesis designs a miniaturized and low-power RF transceiver system based on 4FSK.In this thesis,zero if technology is used to simplify system structure,and chip with high integration is used to reduce system volume.The system consists of a control circuit,a modulation and demodulation circuit,a radio frequency conversion circuit,a power amplifier,a low-noise amplifier,and a power supply section.This thesis first introduces the design scheme of the system,the implementation of key technology analysis,and design considerations of the description of the system design index,the test results of the system are given,the results show that the maximum output power is greater than 33dBm,the digital frequency offset is 2.5kHz,the sensitivity is better than-107dBm,the absolute value of carrier tolerance less than 500Hz,spurious RF components are less than 5 μW,adjacent channel power is better than 45dBc.And with a good EMC performance,meeting the national grid for the design of the request.The RF transceiver system of 223-231MHz designed in this thesis has been widely used in Kaixian of Chongqing.The performance of this system is stable and good application results have been achieved.It provides important technical support for the construction of smart grid.
