膨胀发电一体机工作机理及控制策略研究

【摘要】 耦合太阳能光热的压缩空气储能发电系统根据不同的系统功率等级可用于削峰填谷、二次调频、可再生能源消纳、冷热电联供、小型实验等场合,目前低于兆瓦级的压缩空气储能发电系统效率不足50%,故小功率压缩空气储能发电系统应用受到限制。为了提高压缩空气储能发电系统的工作效率,并使空间结构更加紧凑,本文将研究一种结构紧凑并且能够高效率地完成膨胀发电过程的设备。本文的主要工作如下。首先对比分析国内外膨胀发电技术的研究现状。针对一种膨胀机与发电机的集成方式,即膨胀发电一体机技术进行了较深入的研究,阐明了膨胀发电一体机的特点、结构和变换机理。然后对膨胀发电一体机从膨胀到发电整个过程的热力学特性进行分析。通过研究膨胀发电一体机能量变换的输出特性,确定电力电子变换器的技术要求。并研究适用于膨胀发电一体机并网接入电力电子变换器的拓扑结构,提出膨胀发电一体机的控制策略,实现膨胀发电一体机能量变换系统转速跟踪以及功率传输与控制。最后建立膨胀发电一体机能量变换数学模型并搭建仿真及实验平台,给出仿真及实验波形,并进行分析。研究表明基于膨胀发电一体机的气—电直驱能量变换系统在结构上大大简化,减少了中间环节的能量损失,在节约空间的同时提高了系统的发电效率。系统采用基于双PWM变换器的控制策略,具有较好的转速稳定性与输出功率控制能力,能够很好的满足膨胀发电一体机能量变换方案的要求。

【Abstract】 The compressed air energy storage power generation system coupled with solar light and heat can be used to cut peak and fill valley,two frequency modulation,renewable energy dissipation,cold and power CO supply,small experiment and so on.At present,the efficiency of compressed air energy storage power generation system below MW level is less than 50%,so small power compressed air storage power generation system can be used.The application of electric system is limited.In order to improve the efficiency of the compressed air energy storage power generation system and make the space structure more compact,this paper will study a kind of equipment which is compact and capable of completing the expansion process efficiently.The main work of this article is as follows.First of all,the research status of expansion power generation technology at home and abroad is compared and analyzed.In view of the integration of expander and generator,that is the technology of expansion generator,the characteristics,structure and transformation mechanism of the expansion generator are expounded.Then,the thermodynamic characteristics of the expansive power generating unit from expansion to power generation are analyzed.The technical requirements of power electronic converters are determined by studying the output characteristics of the energy conversion of the expansion power generation integrated machine.The topology of the power electronic converter,which is suitable for the integration of the expansion generator,is studied,and the control strategy of the expansion generator is put forward to realize the speed tracking and power transmission and control of the energy conversion system of the expansion generator.Finally,the energy transformation mathematical model of the expansion power generation integrated machine is built,and the simulation and experimental platform is built.The simulation and experimental waveforms are given and analyzed.The research shows that the air to electric direct drive energy conversion system based on the expansion generator is greatly simplified in structure,reduces the energy loss in the middle link,and improves the efficiency of the system at the same time.The system adopts the control strategy based on double PWM converter,which has good speed stability and output power control ability,and can meet the requirements of the energy conversion scheme of the expansion generator.
