【摘要】 国际物流自从2012年以来,一直都是网络上非常热门的词汇。随着国内消费者水平的提升,许多消费者要求在国内也能享受国外优质的商品;同时计算机系统的快速发展也能通过构建电子商务网站这一方式,给国内的消费者带来便利。跨境电子商务的快速发展,给第三方物流行业带来了新的机遇。跨境第三方物流作为跨境电子商务的产物,其不单单是国家追求经济发展、贸易稳定、并且是国家利好政策推动的结果。研究第三方物流企业国际快递业务中存在的风险,并对风险进行识别和分析,能够使第三方物流企业对国际业务风险有效预防,对于可能发生的风险事件积极应对,以此来提高企业运作效率。本文分别运用了效益背反理论、全面风险控制理论作为本文的理论基础,对于企业的国际快递业务风险进行分析。本文从将国际快递业务流程通过流程图的方式进行展现,揭示国际物流各个环节的运作流程,找出关键风险点和国际快递业务可能会面临的风险,其中包括货物配送风险、货物清关风险、跨境运输风险、人力资源风险、信息系统风险。并对每项风险进行分析,找出其来源,最后分析其导致的问题。接下来,通过“顺丰速递”企业作为研究对象,分析其在国际快递业务的运作流程,通过分析业务方面存在的风险与风险的原因。最后,依据找出的各项业务风险,提出相应的应对风险的建议,提升国际快递服务的自动化水平、把关人力资源各环节、法律与制度防范、建立风险监督机制、改善企业物流信息系统。以此为其他从事国际快递业务的第三方物流企业借鉴参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 International logistics has been a very popular word on the Internet since 2012.With the improvement of domestic consumer level,many consumers are required to enjoy high quality foreign goods at home.At the same time,the rapid development of computer system can also bring convenience to domestic consumers through the construction of e-commerce website.The rapid development of cross-border e-commerce brings new opportunities to the third party logistics industry.As the product of cross-border e-commerce,cross-border third party logistics is not only the result of the country’s pursuit of economic development,trade stability,and the promotion of the policy of national benefit.The study of the risks in the international express service of the third party logistics enterprises and the identification and analysis of the risk can make the third party logistics enterprises effectively prevent the international business risks and respond positively to the possible risk events,in order to improve the operation efficiency of the enterprises.In this paper,we use the theory of efficiency reversal and comprehensive risk control theory as the theoretical basis of this article,and analyze the risks of international express delivery business.Through the flow chart of the international express business process,this paper reveals the operation process of the various links of international logistics,and finds out the risks that the key risk points and the International express service may face,including the risk of delivery of goods,the risk of customs clearance,the risk of trans border transportation,the risk of human resources,the information department.Unified risk.And analyze each risk,find out its source,and finally analyze the problems caused by it.Then,through the "Shun Feng express" enterprise as the research object,analysis its operation process in the international express service,through the analysis of the business aspects of the risks and risks.Finally,according to the various business risks identified,the corresponding suggestions to deal with risks are proposed to improve the automation level of international express service,to control all aspects of human resources,to prevent law and system,to establish risk supervision mechanism and to improve enterprise logistics information system.This is a reference for other third party logistics enterprises engaged in international express business.更多还原
