基于能耗分析的大连理工大学辽东湾校区典型建筑的节能技术优化设计研究

【摘要】 近些年来随着国家对节能减排的重视,对低碳建筑的政策扶持力度加大,各地新建设的高校校园中均有许多绿色低碳的策略。在各地新大学城的开发建设及各高校新校区建设的实践中,高校教学楼的低能耗设计突显许多新问题,国外发达国家的教学楼是在低能耗或零能耗的前提下,配备良好的通风换气设备、制冷制热系统等手段,而我国教学楼的低能耗则常常是以牺牲舒适感为代价的,抑或是为了提高技术水平而导致高能耗的反效果。大连理工大学辽东湾校区为《国家科技支撑计划课题》示范工程,设计建设时为确保工程的先进性与前瞻性,采用了大量示范节能技术。新型节能技术虽然经过了反复的研究探讨才在实际工程中得以应用,但其中大部分新型技术是专门针对大连理工大学盘锦校区的具体要求研发或进行技术体系优化整合而成型的,在此之前没有直接应用的先例。大连理工大学辽东湾校区虽然已经投入使用三年多时间,但所采用的节能策略是否达到预期效果,还未经实地检测,对使用中出现的问题也缺乏深入的分析研究。为完成对对大连理工辽东湾校区典型教学楼节能优化设计策略研究工作,本文依托“十二五”课题《严寒地区低能耗建筑节能设计及能源互补供热技术》的结题报告的实地检测研究部分,笔者首先对大连理工辽东湾校区主要建筑(五栋教学楼一栋图书馆,下文以教学楼代称)进行了计算机模拟分析研究,然后又分两次于过渡季和采暖季检测了各教学楼室内物理环境数据及能耗相关数据,数据主要有典型教学楼建筑外围护体系传热系数、建筑耗热量、典型空间的室内物理环境数据,及通风采光井系统、双层幕墙系统等系统相关数据。同时也对部分软件模拟分析结果进行了验证,得到大量数据。最后通过对比计算机模拟数据和实际检测数据,综合教学楼管理者和使用者给出的反馈意见,我们得出大连理工大学辽东湾校区教学楼节能设计策略和当前使用管理存在的问题与不足,并针对这些发现的问题,结合教学楼自身特点给出了降低能耗及增加舒适度的可行的优化设计。希望本文对大连理工大学辽东湾校区典型建筑的建筑节能技术中存在的不足的研究与优化,能为这些节能技术的推广做出贡献,对严寒地区教学楼建筑低能耗设计做出一定参考和借鉴意义。

【Abstract】 In recent years with the country’s attention to energy conservation,low-carbon building policy support to increase,around the new construction of the campus have many green low-carbon strategy.In the new university town development and construction and the new campus construction practice,the university teaching building low energy consumption design highlights many new problems,foreign developed country teaching building is in low energy consumption or zero energy consumption premise,equipped with good Ventilation and air-conditioning equipment,refrigeration and heating systems and other means,and China’s low energy consumption of teaching buildings are often at the expense of the cost of comfort,or to improve the technical level and lead to high energy consumption counter-effect.Dalian University of Technology,Liaodong Bay campus as a "National Science and Technology Support Project" demonstration project,design and construction to ensure the advanced nature and forward-looking,using a large number of demonstration energy-saving technologies.Although the new energy-saving technologies have been used in practical engineering after repeated research,most of them are designed for the specific requirements of Dalian University of Technology Panjin Campus R&D or technical system optimization and integration of forming,before this Direct application of precedent.Dalian University of Technology,Liaodong Bay campus has been put into use for more than three years,but the energy-saving strategy adopted has not achieved the expected results,has not been field test,the use of the lack of in-depth analysis.In order to complete the research on the energy saving optimization design strategy of the typical teaching building of Dalian Polytechnic Liaodongwan campus,this paper relies on the"12th Five-Year" project "Cold Energy Low Energy Building Energy Conservation Design and Energy Complementary Heating Technology" In the first part,the author carries on the computer simulation analysis to the Dalian University of Technology,Liaodong Bay campus main building(five teaching buildings,one library,in the name of teaching building),and then examines the teaching in the transition quarter and the heating season twice.Floor physical environment data and energy-related data,the data are a typical teaching building envelope system heat transfer coefficient,building heat consumption,the typical space of the indoor physical environment data,and ventilation lighting system,double curtain wall systems and other systems related data.At the same time,some software simulation results were validated and a lot of data were obtained.Finally,by comparing the computer simulation data and the actual test data,the paper gives the feedbacks of the managers and users of the teaching building,and draws up the problems and shortcomings of the energy-saving design strategy and current usage management of the teaching building of Dalian University of Technology In view of these findings,combined with the characteristics of the school building itself to reduce energy consumption and increase the comfort of the feasible optimization design.It is hoped that this paper will contribute to the promotion of energy-saving technologies in the building energy-saving technologies of the typical buildings in Dalian University of Technology,and make some reference and reference for the design of low-energy buildings in the cold area.significance.
