【摘要】 “人口老龄化”是十八届五中全会中提出的“十三五规划”里十大关键领域之一,老龄化是国家非常关注的一个重要话题。《养老机构社会工作服务规范》征求建议“养老机构中每百名老人至少配1名社工”,可以看出社工介入养老服务也是一个很大的趋势。随着我国老龄化程度的不断加剧,养老问题从来没有像目前这样严峻。有专家分析,我国2050年左右老龄人口将超过4亿,老龄化水平也将被推到30%以上的超高水平,真可谓是“跑步”进入老龄化。基于国人的传统思想,落叶归根是每个人的梦想,而居家养老的方式,则是很好地照顾了国人的这种传统思想。但是,居家养老作为一种在我国相对来说比较新的养老方式,还处在儿童时期,还存在着很多的问题。本文中,笔者基于自己的实践经验,从社会工作的角度去分析社会工作介入居家养老服务的服务模式,以社工独特的专业伦理、技巧和方法,探索化解目前居家养老服务过程中出现的问题的途径。本文在借助相关文献的基础上,以实证研究为基础,结合笔者在项目中参与服务的情况,通过问卷的形式,了解S街居家养老服务的基本需求情况。本次调研中,笔者与同事一起,共派发问卷133份,回收问卷129份,剔除4份无效问卷,共获得125份问卷。通过对数据进行分析,笔者了解到目前S街长者的服务需求主要包括身体健康、精神文化满足、家庭生活照顾、心理需求满足等。本文通过个案、小组、社区和资源整合四个案例,分析社工介入居家养老服务中社工的服务成效,总结出社工在推动居家养老服务专业方面的重要成效和经验。同时,笔者也发现社会工作在介入居家养老服务中存在的一些问题。通过分析其原因,提出了完善社工介入居家养老服务的途径优化之路,用以提升社工介入居家养老服务的水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 "Ageing of population" is one of the fifth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee’s "13th Five-Year plan”in ten key areas,the population aging is an important topic of great concern to countries.《Social work service norms of pension institutions)),the pension institutions in every hundred people with at least 1 social workers,it can be seen that social workers involved in the pension service is also a big trend.Some experts analysis that China’s aging population will be more than 400 million in 2050,aging level will be pushed down more than 30%of the high level,it can be said to be running into the aging.Based on the traditional Chinese thought,fallen leaves return to the roots is everyone’s dream,and Home care,it is good to take care of the people of this traditional thinking.However,home care as a relatively new way of providing for the aged in China,but also in the childhood,there are still many problems.In this paper,the author based on the practical experience from the perspective of social work to analyze the social work involved in home-based care services to social service mode,unique professional ethics,skills,to explore ways to resolve the problems present in the process of home-based care services.In this paper,with the help of relevant literature,the author based on empirical research,combined with the author’s participation in the project,through the form of questionnaire,to understand the basic needs of S Street home care services.In this research,the author and his colleagues distributed a total of 133 questionnaires,129 questionnaires were recovered,in addition to 4 questionnaires,and finally got 125 valid questionnaires.Through the analysis of the data,the author learned that the service needs of the elderly S Street mainly include physical health,spiritual and cultural satisfaction,home care,psychological needs satisfaction and so on.Through the four cases Of case group,community,and integration of resources,this paper analyzes the effectiveness,and summarizes the achievements and experiences of social workers in promoting the professional aspects of home care services.At the same time,the author also found that there are some problems in the social work involved in home care service.Through the analysis of the reasons,the author puts forward suggestions about improving the social work intervention in home care services,to enhance the level of social workers involved in home care services.更多还原
