【摘要】 毛泽东“为人民服务”价值观既是贯穿于毛泽东思想体系中的核心内容,也是中国共产党人一切工作的出发点和根本归宿。毛泽东《为人民服务》是1944年9月在中央直属机关为追悼张思德同志所作的演讲,这篇著名演讲稿是中共党史上的经典之作。早在1945年4月延安召开的中国共产党第七次大会上,“为人民服务”作为我们党的根本宗旨被确定下来并写入党章,并且在后来党的文件中、宪法中、党的历代领导核心的著作或报告中,都把“为人民服务”或“全心全意为人民服务”作为中国共产党的根本宗旨,作为共产党员和领导干部的政治观、历史观、价值观、人生观和道德观。在21世纪的今天,以习近平总书记为核心的党中央从坚持和发展中国特色社会主义全局出发,在协调推进“四个全面”战略布局中,“为人民服务”作为中国共产党的根本宗旨始终没有改变,它既是共产党员和领导干部道德准则与行为规范的一条政治伦理原则,也是社会主义市场经济条件下,作为我国社会主义道德建设的核心,业已成为全社会成员都应遵守的一条社会伦理原则。正如习近平总书记所说:“中国共产党坚持执政为民,人民对美好生活的向往就是我们的奋斗目标。我的执政理念,概括起来说就是:为人民服务,担当起该担当的责任。”①由此可见,《为人民服务》价值观仍然蕴含着巨大的正能量,凸显出厚重的当代意蕴。本论文坚持以马克思主义唯物史观基本原理为指导,参考和借鉴了有关理论与实践的研究成果,主要对毛泽东同志《为人民服务》的价值内涵、基本特征、当代意蕴三个方面进行了较为系统地分析与阐释:第一、运用系统分析与综合归纳法,对毛泽东为人民服务价值观的科学内涵进行了梳理和论述;第二、运用横向与纵向分析法,对毛泽东为人民服务价值观的基本特征进行了分述与整合;第三、运用历史与现实和理论与实践相结合的方法,对毛泽东为人民服务价值观的当代意蕴从五个层面进行了综述与论证:1.宗旨观:坚持立党为公,执政为民;2.政绩观:坚持问政于民,问需于民;3.全局观:坚持胸怀大局,光明磊落;4.挫折观:坚持敢于开拓,勇于担当;5.生死观:坚持乐于奉献,勇于献身。分析与研究表明:在当前以习近平同志为核心的党中央提出并推进“四个全面”战略布局进程中,迫切需要共产党员和领导干部把《为人民服务》作为终身必修课,不忘初心、继续前进,矢志不渝坚持为人民服务的价值观,树立正确的宗旨观、政绩观、全局观、挫折观、生死观,始终保持中国共产党人的政治本色,不断增强党的向心力、凝聚力、感召力和战斗力,不断推进中国特色社会主义伟大事业向前发展,带领全国各族人民共筑伟大中国梦。更多还原

【Abstract】 Mao Zedong’s "serving the people" values is both the core content of Mao Zedong’s ideological system and the starting point and fundamental destination of all the work of the Chinese Communists.Mao Zedong’s "serving the people" was a speech made by the central authorities in September 1944 to commemorate Comrade Zhang Side’s speech.This famous speech is a classic in the history of the Communist Party.As early as April 1945 in Yan’an held the seventh session of the Communist Party of China,"serving the people" as our party’s fundamental purpose was identified and written into the party,and later in the party’s documents,the Constitution,the party’s history In the writings or reports of the leaders,the "serving the people" or "serving the people wholeheartedly" as the fundamental purpose of the Chinese Communist Party as the political view,historical view,values,outlook on life and morality of the Communist Party and the leading cadres.In the 21st century,the CPC Central Committee with the general secretary of Xi Jinping,starting from the overall situation of persisting in and developing the socialism with Chinese characteristics,has served as the fundamental purpose of the Chinese Communist Party in coordinating and promoting the "four comprehensive" strategic layout.It is not only a change,it is both the Communist Party and the leading cadres of moral norms and behavioral norms of a political ethical principles,but also the socialist market economy conditions,as China’s socialist moral construction of the core,has become a member of the whole society should abide by a social ethics in principle.As the general secretary of Xi Jinping said:"The Communist Party of China adhere to the ruling for the people,the people’s desire for a better life is our goal.Our ruling concept,summed up is:for the people,to assume the responsibility to play.This shows that the "values for the people" still contains a huge positive energy,highlighting the heavy contemporary implication.This paper insists on using the basic principles of Marxist historical materialism as a guide,and draws on the research results of theory and practice.It mainly discusses the value connotation,basic characteristics and contemporary connotation of Comrade Mao Zedong’s "serving the people"Systematically analyzed and explained:First,the use of systematic analysis and comprehensive induction method,Mao Zedong for the people’s service values of the scientific connotation of the comb and discussion;second,the use of horizontal and vertical analysis of Mao Zedong for the people’s basic values of service Thirdly,using the combination of history and reality and theory and practice,this paper summarizes and demonstrates the contemporary connotation of Mao Zedong’s values of serving the people from five levels:1.Purpose:The party for the public,the ruling for the people;2.Achievements:adhere to the government in the people,asked to be in the people;3.Global view:adhere to the overall situation,open and aboveboard;4 frustration:adhere to dare to open up,View:adhere to the dedication,the courage to sacrifice.The analysis and research show that in the process of proposing and advancing the "four comprehensive" strategic layout with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core,it is urgent for the Communist Party and the leading cadres to take "serve the people" as a lifelong compulsory course,To continue to move forward,and persistently adhere to the values of serving the people,establish a correct view of purpose,achievements,overall view,frustration,life and death,and always maintain the political qualities of the Chinese Communists,and constantly enhance the party’s centripetal force,cohesion and inspiration And combat effectiveness,and constantly promote the great cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics forward,leading the people of all nationalities to build a great Chinese dream.更多还原
