汽车发动机电子节气门控制策略研究

【摘要】 自从上个世纪电子节气门技术出现以来,已经逐步的在众多高中档轿车的先进发动机上应用。因为对汽车的燃油经济性和降低尾气排放量能起到有效的改善,实现了汽车的柔性控制,所以其应用的前景越来越广泛。但由于电子节气门的机械系统有较强的非线性因素存在,这就使得电子节气门的精确控制较为困难。本文主要针对电子节气门的非线性控制问题进行研究,为电子节气门在机械自动变速传动系统上的应用奠定基础。本文主要工作内容如下:回顾了汽车电子控制技术的发展历程,然后从发动机电喷系统中引出了电子节气门的由来、发展及目前的产品。分析了电子节气门控制系统的原理、结构以及机械系统中的非线性因素及各自的特性,设定了电子节气门的关键参数。建立了电子节气门控制系统的数学模型,并采用三种控制方法:PID控制、基于非线性控制理论的变结构滑动模态控制和鲁棒控制,设计了三种控制器,用于电子节气门控制。利用Matlab/Simulink工具箱建立了电子节气门控制系统的仿真模型,用所设计的三种控制器分别对四种目标开度信号(常量信号、正弦信号、阶跃信号和线性信号)进行了仿真比较,仿真结果表明,滑动模态控制方法和鲁棒控制方法具有令人满意的控制效果。对系统作了简要介绍,包括电子节气门的硬件配置以及软件环境设置,对课题内容的总结以及进一步的展望。

【Abstract】 Since the advent of electronic throttle technology last century,many advanced engine applications of high middle-grade cars has gradually began.Because of automobile fuel economy and reduce exhaust emissions can effectively improve,implement the flexible control of the car,so the prospect of its application is more and more widely.But as a result of electronic throttle mechanical system has strong non-linear factors,this makes the accurate control of electronic throttle is difficult.In this thesis,in view of the electronic throttle to study the nonlinear control problem,for the electronic throttle application in automatic mechanical variable speed drive system to lay the foundation.In this thesis,the main work content is as follows:The development of automotive electronic control technology are reviewed,and then from the engine EFI system origin and development of the electronic throttle and current products.The principle of electronic throttle control system are analyzed,the structure and the nonlinear factors in mechanical systems and their respective features,setting the key parameters of electronic throttle.Established the mathematical model of the electronic throttle control system,and uses the three control methods:PID control,based on the theory of nonlinear control,variable structure sliding mode control and robust control,three kinds of controller was designed and used in the electronic throttle control.Using Matlab/Simulink toolbox electronic throttle control system simulation model is established,with the three kinds of controller are designed for four of the opening of the target signal(constant signal and sine signal,step signal and linear signal)are simulated,the simulation results show that the sliding mode control method and robust control method has satisfactory control effect.The system makes a brief introduction,including electronic throttle hardware configuration and software environment settings.The contents of the project summary and the prospect of further.
