【摘要】 检察官思想政治教育一直是检察机关检察工作的重要组成部分,是检察机关履行宪法赋予的法律监督职能的重要保障,也是提高检察官政治素质、业务能力、个人修养等的重要途径,更是指导检察工作坚持正确的政治方向、提升检察事业向前发展的坚强思想后盾。然而,目前检察机关的思想政治教育工作还存在着诸多问题,思想政治教育泛政治化、理论准备不足、缺乏与检察职能的衔接性、缺乏人文关怀等问题一直没有得到妥善解决。在检察改革如火如荼开展的当下,这些问题所产生的思想障碍越来越制约检察改革的顺利进行,因此,如何加强和改进检察官思想政治教育工作势在必行。本文拟在法治的视域下分三个章节着力探讨检察官的思想政治教育问题。第一章概述法治和检察官思想政治教育基本理论以及它们之间的关联性,通过对法治及检察官思想政治教育的基本概述,提炼法治思想的优秀品质,并阐明法治与检察官思想政治教育的不可分性和相互影响;第二章对当前检察官思想政治教育的现状进行分析,具体说明当前检察官思想政治教育取得的成果、存在的问题及原因分析,从法治的角度论述当前检察官思想政治教育体制上的障碍、人治思想的影响以及法治教育的缺失,找到问题的症结所在;第三章系统阐述法治视域下的检察官思想政治教育的实施策略问题,通过对法治视域下检察官思想政治教育目标的确立,力图将法治思想的精髓融入到检察官的思想政治教育之中,培育检察官的法治思维、法治意识,唤醒检察官的权利意识与责任意识,增进检察官独立行使检察权的意识觉醒,锻造检察官的法治品格,以人文主义精神重塑检察官思想政治教育的内容和教育方式,从而破解检察官思想政治教育中存在的诸多难题。更多还原

【Abstract】 Prosecutors in the ideological and political education is an important part of the prosecution of procuratorial work,is an important guarantee for the procuratorial organs to fulfill the legal supervision function given by the Constitution,is an important way to improve political quality,professional ability,personal accomplishment and so on,and is also guiding procuratorial work to adhere to the correct political direction,enhance the development of procuratorial work the thought of strong backing.However,present procuratorial work of ideological and political education still exist many problems,such as pan politicization of ideological and political education,insufficient theoretical preparation,lack of convergence with the procuratorial functions,lack of humanistic care and other issues which has not been properly resolved.The procuratorial reform carries out like a raging fire in the moment,and ideological obstacles to these problems restrict procuratorial reform carries out smoothly.Therefore,how to strengthen and improve the ideological and political prosecutor education is imperative.This paper intends to discuss the ideological and political education of prosecutors in three chapters.The first chapter describes the basic theory of the rule of law and the relationship between the prosecutor and their ideological and political education.Through the basic overview of the rule of law and the prosecutor of the ideological and political education,refine the excellent quality of the rule of law to clarify the ideological and political education and prosecutors indivisibility and mutual influence;The second chapter analyses the current situation of ideological and political education,specifies the current prosecutor of the ideological and political education achievements,existing problems and reasons analysis,discusses the current prosecutor’s ideological and political education system obstacles,the influence of the thought of rule by man and the rule of law and the lack of education from the angle of law,and finds the crux of the problem;The third chapter describes the implementation strategies of the ideological and political education of prosecutors under the rule of law.On the basis of the establishment of the ideological and political education goals of prosecutors,this chapter tries to integrate the essence of the rule of law into the ideological and political education,cultivate the legal thinking of the prosecutor,the rule of law consciousness,wake up the prosecutor’s right consciousness and sense of responsibility,enhance the consciousness of the procuratorial organ to exercise procuratorial power independently,forge the prosecutors’ s legal character,reconstruct the contents and methods of the ideological and political education of the prosecutor in the spirit of humanism.So as to solve the problems in the ideological and political education of the prosecutor.更多还原
