基于CMOS工艺的新型高性能第二代电流控制电流传输器

【摘要】 第二代电流控制电流传输器(Second generation Current Controlled Conveyor,简称CCCⅡ)是一种电流模式电路元件,具有电子可调特性,本文主要研究CCCⅡ的电路原理、设计方法及其应用。首先介绍了电流模式电路的基本概念、主要特点以及发展概况,并对电流传输器进行了详细的综述;其次介绍了电流模式电路的基本功能模块一电流传输器的原理、发展历程及其基础应用,并引入了第二代电流控制电流传输器的概念,对其原理、电路实现方式(包括BJT、BiCMOS及CMOS实现方式)进行了阐述;然后提出了两个基于CMOS工艺的新型CCCⅡ电路结构,对其进行了 PSPICE仿真;最后给出了 CCCⅡ的几个应用,设计了一个二阶高精度可调谐电流模式通用滤波器。本文的主要创新工作有:(1)提出了 一个具有宽输入电压范围及宽电压、宽电流传输增益带宽的CMOS CCCⅡ电路结构,CMOS CCCⅡ的核心结构采用交叉耦合差分对输入级代替传统的源耦差分对输入级以获得更好的性能。(2)通过结合CMOS对管和交叉耦合差分对电路提出了新的高性能CCCⅡ电路结构,对新的CCCⅡ与几个已经发表的CCCⅡ电路结构进行性能比较验证了新的CCCⅡ具有优越的性能。(3)给出了 CCCⅡ的几个应用,基于所提出的CMOS对管交叉耦合输入级CCCⅡ,设计了一个二阶高精度可调谐电流模式通用滤波器结构,滤波器为单端输入三端输出结构且只使用了四个元器件,电路结构仅包含两个接地电容和两个CCCⅡ模块,而不需要任何无源电阻。电路结构简单,且电子可调。
【Abstract】 The second generation current controlled conveyor(CCCII)is a current-mode circuit component,and possesses electronic adjustable features.This paper mainly studies the circuit principle,design method and application of CCCII.Firstly,it introduces the basic principle,main characters and development of the current mode circuit,and summarizes the current current in detail.Secondly,the conception,development and core application of the basic module of current mode circuits-current conveyors are introduced,and bringing in the conception of CCCII.The theory,circuit implementation model(contains BJT,BiCMOS and CMOS implement method)are introduced.Thirdly,Two new CCCII circuit structure based on CMOS technology are proposed,and simulation by using PSPICE program are given.Finally,it provides several application circuits which based on CCCII and designs a biquad high-precision tunable current-mode universal filter.The main contents of this thesis are:(1)The proposed of CCCII circuit structure with wide input voltage range and bandwidth of voltage,current transmission gain which based on CMOS technology.The core structure of this CMOS CCCII adopts cross-coupled differential pair input stage replace conventional source-coupled differential pair input stage to acquire better performance.(2)The proposed of a new high performance CCCII implementation by combining CMOS compound transistor and crosslink differential pair input stage,and by comparing the performance of the new CCCII circuit with several already published counterparts to verify the new circuit structure possesses superior performance.(3)It provides some applications which based on CCCII,and proposes a biquad high-precision tunable current-mode universal filter structure based on CMOS compound cross-coupled input stage CCCII.The proposed filter has single input,triple output and employing only four elements.This filter contains only two grounded capacitors and does not require any additional passive resistance.It possesses the advantages of simply circuit structure and tunable.
