垃圾填埋场新型覆盖材料的研究

【摘要】 近年来,由于经济的高速发展,使人们生活水平迅速提高、城镇化进程不断加速,我国城市生活垃圾的产量及种类越来越多,及时运输、有效处理这些生活垃圾成为现阶段维持城市功能正常运转的一项重要任务。我国现阶段的城市生活垃圾处理以卫生填埋法为主要的处置方式,其所产生的有害物质可通过天然降水及渗透对地表、土壤以及地下水造成严重污染,对人体、农作物和牲畜均有毒害作用。因此,在垃圾卫生填埋中,垃圾的日覆盖就成为生活垃圾卫生填埋中非常重要的一环。目前垃圾卫生填埋场以粘土为主要的垃圾卫生填埋覆盖材料,但其受取土条件影响大、抗渗及密闭性较差、覆盖层厚度大、浪费库容,难以达到令人满意的程度。因此,垃圾填埋场新型覆盖材料的研究与开发势在必行。本实验通过正交试验及淋溶实验探讨粉煤灰+脱硫灰制备垃圾填埋日覆盖材料、钢渣+粉煤灰+脱硫灰制备垃圾填埋日覆盖材料、矿渣+粉煤灰+脱硫灰制备垃圾填埋日覆盖材料的可行性,结果显示,钢渣+粉煤灰+脱硫灰按一定比例混合可用作垃圾日覆盖材料,且其渗透系数7.40×10-4和抗压强度2.60Mpa性能均优于污泥、0.5mmHDPE膜;抗压强度优于粘土(0.45 Mpa)。而粉煤灰+脱硫灰制备覆盖材料、矿渣+粉煤灰+脱硫灰制备覆盖材料其渗透系数较大,不宜作为垃圾填埋日覆盖材料。

【Abstract】 In recent years,due to rapid development of economic,rapidly increasing of people’s living,accelerating process of urbanization,more and more types of MSW(Municipal solid waste)production in China,timely transportaion,and deal effectively with these garbage become an important task at this stage to maintain the normal operation of urban functions.Current,the sanitary landfill method is the most important means of disposal in China’s municipal solid waste disposal,hazardous substances of they produce will causing serious pollution and have toxic on surface,soil,groundwater,human health,crops and livestock through natural precipitation and infiltration.Therefore,coverage has become a very important part of the solid waste sanitary landfill.Compacted clay as the main solid waste sanitary landfill cover material in currently,but the high cost of construction,higt weather factors impact,impermeability,and closed poor,high cover thickness waste storage is difficult to achieve a satisfactory level.Therefore,landfill of new covering materials research and development is imperative.In this study,by orthogonal test and leaching experiment of fly ash and desulfurization ash landfill covering materials,steel slag and coal ash and desulfurization ash landfill covering materials,slag and coal ash and desulfurization ash landfill cover material preparation on feasibility,Results display,Steel slag and coal ash and desulfurization ash mixed in a certain proportion can be used as daily cover materials for refuse,And the permeability coefficient 7.40 x 10-4 and compressive strength of 2.60 Mpa performance are superior to those of sludge,0.5mmHDPE film;Compressive strength is better than that of clay(0.45 Mpa).And the fly ash and desulfurization ash,slag and coal ash covering material and desulfurization ash preparation material covering its permeability coefficient is larger,should not be used as daily cover material of landfill.
