【摘要】 高校饮食建筑是联系大学生学习生活和健康的重要场所,是关乎社会稳定的重要因素。大学生对新鲜事物具有较高敏感度,追求所在场所的空间体验感。随着高校饮食建筑功能复合化的发展,高校饮食建筑成为了师生课业讨论及活动交流的重要场所,将高校饮食建筑的功能、空间及环境设计好,必将在潜移默化中对学生产生良好影响,符合教育形式多样化发展的教育目标。目前新建高校饮食建筑重点关注解决餐厅数量和建筑造型的问题,而对饮食空间的使用者——高校师生和管理人员的空间体验注重度不够,对饮食建筑与其他周边紧密相关的因素考虑欠佳,缺乏对学生生活的切实关注,忽视了大学生的心理需求,忽略了饮食空间交流性场所体验的性格特征,导致产生了很多问题。本文将空间体验作为高校饮食建筑设计的出发点,强调建筑知觉以及由知觉引发的空间体验在高校饮食建筑设计中的重要作用,从使用者角度解析当代高校饮食建筑现状,针对现存问题,提出相应的空间构建策略,并对高校饮食建筑的发展趋势及设计走向进行了展望。论文从相关理论及实例两个方面进行了分析和研究,采用了理论分析、实地考察、问卷调研和采访调查四种研究方法。第一章,主要阐述了论文的研究背景及意义,对空间体验及高校饮食建筑等概念进行了界定,同时总结了国内外研究现状,限定了研究内容和研究范围,提出了论文的整体框架。第二章,总结了与空间体验的相关理论研究。第三章,分析了高校饮食建筑的现存问题及影响因素,并且以长沙市高校为例,进行实地调研。第四章,针对高校饮食建筑现存问题,提出运营管理及功能构建策略,是全文的重点章节。第五章,针对高校饮食建筑中现存的空间及环境问题,从系统性、公共性、技术性及文化性四个方面提出相应的构建策略,也是全文的重点章节。第六章,基于前面研究的内容和成果,对高校饮食建筑的发展趋势和设计走向进行了展望。本文的创新点在于以空间体验作为高校饮食建筑研究的出发点,以高校饮食建筑现状分析为基础,从运营管理、功能、空间及环境等方面提出构建策略,在调研对象的选取上,选择了长沙三所具有不同空间规划结构的校园,较为典型。本文对高校饮食建筑这一建筑类型进行了简要的总结分析,呼吁建筑设计师在进行作品创作时更加关注就餐者的空间体验,重视内部空间感受,创造具有交流性场所精神的空间意向。希望通过体验的设计观对当下高校饮食建筑所面临的问题提出建设性意见,以期为高校饮食建筑设计提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Dining hall in university campus is becoming a significant place which links the school living of college students to their health and acts as an important factor of social stability.College students have a relatively higher sensitivity to new things and pay more attention to the space experience.With the multiplization of its function,dining halls in university campus have became an vital place for the academic discussions of college students and teachers,it surely will subtly produce a good effect on college students if the function,space and environment of the dining halls in university campus are properly designed,which also conforms to the teaching target of the diversified development of educational form.Currently the newly constructed dining halls in university campus pay more attention to the amount of dining rooms and the architectural appearence than the sapce experience of the space users--college teachers,students and administrative staffs,therefore a number of prblems are produced on account of a poor consideration of the relationship between the dining halls and its close surrounding factors,a lack of real concern on student life,an ignorance of students’ psychological needs and a neglect of personality traits of the experience of communicative places in dining halls.This article will take space experience as a starting point for design of university dining halls,emphasize the an important role played by the architectural perception and the space experience caused by the perception in the design of university dining halls,analyze the condition of university dining halls from the perspective of users,put forward a corresponding strategy of space construction according to existing problems and propose the forecast to the development trend and design tendency of university dining halls.In this article,analysizes and researchs are done from two aspects,both relevant theories and examples,adopting the following four research methods--theoretical analysis,field investigation,questionnaire survey and interview survey.The first chapter mainly elaborated the paper research background and significance,confined the conceptions of spatial experience and university dining halls,summarized the research status both domestic and overseas,delimits the research content and scope,raised up an overall framework of the article.The second chapter summarized the related theories of spatial experience.The third chapter analyzed the existing problems of university dining halls and influencing factors,at the same time,taking universities in changsha as examples,conducted an field investigation.The fourth chapter is the main part of the whole article in which a strategy of operation management and function construction is proposed in view of the existing problems in university dining halls.The fifth chapter,focusing on the existing space and environmental problems in university dining halls,put forward a corresponding strategy from four aspects-the systematic,publicity,technical and culture construction,which make this chapter also an important section.Based on the previous research results and contents,the sixth chapter presented a forecast to the development trend and design tendency of university dining halls.The innovation of this paper is starting from the space experience research of university dining halls,laying a basis on the analysize of the current situation of university dining halls,proposing a construction strategy in terms of operational management,function,space and the environment and taking three representative universities of totally different spatial planning structures in Changsha during the selecting process of research objects.In this paper,as a biref summary and analysize of university dining halls this building being made,we sincerely call on the architects for more attention to diners’ spatial experience during the creation of works,enough consideration of internal feeling of space and a spatial intention of creating communicative palce spirits.And a reference to the design of university dining halls is desired through proposing constructive suggestions towards the problems faced by the university dining halls in terms of the design concept of experience.更多还原
