不同产地女贞种子种苗地理变异及苗期抗寒性研究

【摘要】 以16个不同产地女贞(Ligustrum lucidum Ait)种子为试验材料,分别对种子的特性指标(千粒重、干重、纵径、横径、含水量、发芽指标等)、种苗苗期生长状况(地径、苗高的生长量以及生长速度)、人工低温胁迫处理条件下种苗的抗寒性生理生化指标(相对电导率、可溶性糖、脯氨酸、可溶性蛋白、)进行研究,综合运用方差分析、相关性分析、隶属函数分析等等统计分析方法,得出主要结果如下:1.不同产地女贞种子的表型性状、质量指标等差异显著,千粒重、干重最大的是桂林,为34.85 g,最小的是成都,为21.57 g;发芽率最高的为成都,达到83.67%,最低为南昌,仅有20.33%;成都苗期表现优秀,苗高地径生长量均最大,苗高112.10cm,高出平均值22.1%,地径13.90cm,高于平均值19.3%。相比其他产地种苗更适应于本地气候条件,具有良种选育价值。2.对环境因子与种子相关关系研究得出,女贞种子、种苗分别在纬度、经度、海拔出现连续的地理变异:女贞种子横径与纬度呈显著负相关,发芽指标与经度显著负相关或弱负相关;地径与纬度呈显著正相关;地径与海拔显著负相关。研究发现水分也是影响女贞地理变异的重要因素:发芽率、发芽势与年均降水量负相关,干重、横径与年均相对湿度呈显著负相关,纵径与年均相对湿度极显著负相关。苗高与降水量显著负相关。纵径与日照百分率、年均日照时数显著正相关。3.女贞地径与种子的千粒重、干重有明显的负相关性。地径与种子含水量有极显著的负相关性,地径与种子横径显著负相关。种子发芽指标预示种苗的高生长:苗高与发芽率呈极显著正相关性,高发芽率对于苗高有积极的影响。苗高与发芽势也有显著的正相关性。种子纵径和种子纵横比对于苗木的苗期生长没有显著相关性。地径与苗高极显著相关。4.苗高地径明显表现出慢快慢的生长规律,为“s”型生长曲线。8月19日~9月4日区间,为苗高生长速度顶峰。淅川苗高日均生长为双峰曲线,其它产地的均为单峰曲线。在生长进入高峰时,苗高日均净增长量顺序为:成都>合肥>昆明>宜昌>南京>重庆>长沙>武汉>安康>南昌>怀化>桂林>杭州>贵阳>郴州>淅川。地径日均增长曲线都呈现出明显的双峰曲线。大部分产地第一高峰都在8月19日~9月4日。第二高峰:武汉、宜昌、南昌、郴州、成都、杭州出现在9月24日~10月12日;桂林、长沙、合肥、重庆、昆明、贵阳、南京出现在10月12日~11月3日。地径第一生长高峰的日均生长速度:南昌>成都>合肥>重庆>宜昌>南京>贵阳>杭州>桂林>安康>武汉>长沙>郴州>昆明>淅川。5.各产地女贞聚类结果:A:怀化、武汉、宜昌、长沙、南昌、合肥、南京、安康、昆明、重庆、成都为一类;B:贵阳、郴州、桂林为一类。6.根据相对电导率结合Logistic方程推算出不同产地女贞的半致死温度,抗寒能力排序为:怀化>郑州>武汉>淅川>贵阳>安康>南京>长沙>郴州>南昌>桂林>合肥>宜昌>杭州>成都>昆明>重庆。通过多指标的隶属函数值法计算各产地指标的函数值,求出不同产地隶属函数值,各产地的抗寒性位次:武汉>桂林>安康>昆明>长沙>南京>合肥>郴州>贵阳>怀化>宜昌>重庆>淅川>南昌>杭州>成都。结果显示武汉、桂林、安康抗寒性最强,成都、杭州函数值较其它产地相差较大,抗寒性最弱。两个方法得出的抗寒强弱顺序区别较大,但从不同层面说明了各产地的抗寒性。

【Abstract】 In this paper,the the seed trait,seeding growth trait,seedlings Cold Resistance of the 16 Ligustrum lucidum provenances were studied to get the following conclusions:1.Phenotypic traits,quality indicators of different Ligustrum lucidum provenances were significantly different.Grain weight,dry weight of the largest Guilin(34.85 g)smallest Chengdu(21.57 g).The highest seed germination rate source of Chengdu,reached 83.67 percent,the lowest of Nanchang,only 20.33%.In Seeding stage,quality of Chengdu provenance was the best.The height of the seedlings was the largest,the seedling height was 112.10 cm,the ground diameter was 13.90 cm.Chengdu provenance compared to other provenances more adapted to the local climatic conditions,with selective improved variety value.2.The result of research on the relationship between environmental factors and seed: seeds,seedlings of consecutive latitude,longitude and altitude geographical variation.Privet seed diameter and latitude has significant negative correlation,germination index and longitude is significantly negative correlation or weak negative correlation;Ground diameter and latitude was significantly positively related;Ground diameter and elevation of significant negative correlation.Water is also the important factors influencing the geographic variation: germination percentage,germination potential negative correlation with annual average rainfall,dry weight,diameter and average relative humidity has significant negative correlation,the longitudinal diameter and average relative humidity very significant negative correlation.Seedling height and rainfall is significant negative correlation.The longitudinal diameter and percentage of sunshine,annual average sunshine time was significantly positive correlation.3.Ground diameter and seed grain weight,dry weight had a significant negative correlation.Ground diameter have a very significant negative correlation with seed moistureground diameter was significantly negatively correlated with seed diameter.Seed germination index indicates high seedling growth: height and germination rate showed a significant positive correlation between high germination rate have a positive impact for the height.Height and germination energy also has a significant positive correlation.Seeds and seed longitudinal diameter aspect ratio for seedling growth of seedlings no significant correlation.Ground diameter and height were significantly correlated.4.Height Ground diameter exhibit the "s" type growth curve.August 19-September 4 range for height growth speed peak.Xichuan provenance daily height growth curve is bimodal,unimodal curve of other provenances.When the growth of the peak,the average daily net increase in the amount of height order: Chengdu> Hefei> Kunming> Yichang> Nanjing> Chongqing> Changsha> Wuhan> Ankang> Nanchang> Huaihua> Guilin> Hangzhou> Guiyang> Chenzhou> Xichuan.Average daily growth curve Ground diameter emerged clearly bimodal curve.Most provenances first peak in August 19-September 4.The second peak: Wuhan,Yichang,Nanchang,Chenzhou,Chengdu,Hangzhou provenance appeared in September 24-October 12;Guilin,Changsha,Hefei,Chongqing,Kunming,Guiyang,Nanjing appeared in October 12 to 11 March.Ground diameter of the first growth peak average daily growth rate: Nanchang> Chengdu> Hefei> Chongqing> Yichang> Nanjing> Guiyang> Hangzhou> Guilin> Ankang> Wuhan> Changsha> Chenzhou> Kunming> Xichuan.5.Results of Provenance Division: A: Huaihua,Wuhan,Yichang,Changsha,Nanchang,Hefei,Nanjing,well-being,Kunming,Chongqing,Chengdu is one kind of source regions;B: Guiyang,Chenzhou,Guilin is one kind of source area.6.Depending on the relative conductivity combined with Logistic equation calculate the different provenances Ligustrum lethal temperature,cold hardiness order: Huaihua> Zhengzhou> Wuhan> Xichuan> Guiyang> Ankang> Nanjing> Changsha> Chenzhou> Nanchang> Guilin> Hefei> Yichang > Hangzhou> Chengdu> Kunming> Chongqing.7.Multi index calculated by the membership function values of the various function value source index,calculated from different provenances membership values,a variety of sources hardiness ranking: Wuhan> Guilin> Ankang> Kunming> Changsha> Nanjing> Hefei> Chenzhou> Guiyang> Huaihua> Yichang> Chongqing> Xichuan> Nanchang> Hangzhou> Chengdu.The results show Wuhan,Guilin,Ankang strongest cold,Chengdu,Hangzhou,function values quite different than other kinds of sources,cold resistance weakest.Two methods of cold drawn strength ranking vary widely,but at different levels illustrates various sources of cold resistance.
