带主动回正功能的电动助力转向系统研究

【摘要】 电动助力转向(EPS)系统凭借着其节能和轻便的优势,受到了越来越多的青睐。然而电动助力转向系统将的增加导致车辆的回正性能变差,为使EPS系统保留其自有的优势前提下,拥有更好的手感,需要在原有的助力功能上增加主动回正的功能。若要精确的回到方向盘中位,需增加转向盘角度位移传感器,为低成本化设计,将角度位移传感器和扭矩传感器集成为一个部件,就此本课题展开了详细的论述。1)对电动助力转向系统的发展概况和关键部件进行了分析,并阐述了本课题研究的主要意义。2)分析了EPS系统各部件的结构,并建立了各部件的三维模型;进行了EPS系统匹配分析,设计了曲线型助力特性,确定了助力曲线的主要参数。3)对EPS系统各部件进行了有限元强度分析,应用了ANSYS软件包的静态结构分析,分别对转向轴、蜗轮蜗杆、外壳体的强度逐一进行分析,并根据分析结果提出了改进意见。4)分析了霍尔式集成传感器的结构方案,分别对转矩和转角模块进行开发,完成了传感器的结构设计和样品制造。5)分析了将EPS加入转向系统后产生了回正不足的原因,制定了主动回正的控制策略,包括回正工况的判断、设计了PID的控制策略、模糊PID控制器。分析了角度位移反馈控制的原理,并进行了仿真分析。6)对集成角度传感器和整个EPS系统进行了台架试验。优化了传感器的角度测量的算法,减小了测量的误差。在整车上对EPS系统的回正性能进行了调试,得到了优化的结果,并在实验台进行测试。

【Abstract】 Electric Power Steering(EPS)System is porpular among more and more customs,because of its fuel economy and portability.But the application of EPS brought poor outcomes on the on-center performance.So an active return-to-center function has to be added.An angle sensor was necessary to test the center position accurately.In this paper a new integrity sensor was developed for low cost design.The main content of this paper as follows:1)The development status of EPS system and the key part of the system was analyzed,and the reason of this task was introduced.2)The structure of the component of EPS system was analyzed,base on the 3D modoule.A matching analysis was made.3)In this task the author analyzed the strength of the component of EPS system,with the software of ANSYS,especially the static contruct analysis module,including the steering shaft,worm gear,outer shell.4)In this task the author developed a hall type angle and torque integrity sensor,analyzed the angle module and torque module respectively.And finish the manufacture of the sample.5)The reason that the steering wheel can not returning to center after the adition of EPS system was analyzed.An active return-to-center control was introduced,including the judgement of return working condition,and control strategy of PID,fuzzy PID controller.6)At the end of the thesis,the author introduced the test condition of the sensor and EPS system.A new measuring algorithm was designed to reduce deviation.Debugging of the EPS system under the whole vehicle condition brought a good performance of handfeel,and then test in the labroom.
