【摘要】 随着社会经济的快速发展,围绕医疗事业建设等相关问题已成为我国高度重视的一个关键发展点,建设保障全民健康的医疗卫生服务是促进国家全民发展的必然要求,同时中国作为一个拥有13亿多人口的发展中大国,医疗卫生关系亿万人民健康,是一个重大民生问题。再加上当前人们长期繁忙的工作状态和化工污染引发的环境问题,已对人类身心健康造成威胁。综合性医院作为使用率最高的社会保障机构,对其医疗水平和治疗环境的需求度日益受到全民重视,而环境作为景观设计的对象,其康复性景观设计在解决综合性医院和医患关系方面有十分重要的作用,不仅综合性医院能够提供舒适快捷的就医环境从而提高质量和效益,而且使用者通过康复性景观辅助疗法可达到缓解病痛提高治疗效果,尽快康复的目的。因此康复性景观对于我国医疗事业的健康发展至关重要。为了探索康复性景观设计在综合性医院项目中的设计方法和应用,论文将现阶段国内外先进的康复景观的理论成果、措施和方法等进行梳理整合,重点介绍了康复性景观理论中园艺疗法和景观疗法在医院景观规划设计中的思路和具体应用措施。通过典型案例分析法,选取了国外先进的康复景观案例作为研究对象,从康复疗法角度进行介绍分析,借鉴并论证构建康复景观的策略和具体方法,并将该方法应用到中国医科大学盛京医院沈北院区景观设计中,完成了此项目从方案到细节的设计工作。主要研究成果如下:1.对项目现状进行实地调查分析,并针对设计区域现状进行分区设计。2.深入分析不同使用者对医院景观的需求,挖掘可利用的康复性景观潜在功能和表现形式,形成“以人为本”理念为基点,以景观元素为载体,以打造“具有康健效果的花园式医院景观”为目标的综合医院景观设计。3.将景观构成要素中道路、铺装、构筑物、标识系统、水体、植物等从有利于患者使用为设计出发点,结合空间构成、使用功能、康养效果等方面进行整体和细节均考虑的全面设计,形成景色优美、具有康复效果和人文关怀的医院景观。最终通过项目具体设计应用把理论研究应用到实践中,并得出了康复景观设计在综合性医院中的应用应该做到以下:1.在遵循设计通用法则的基础上,特别要强调无障碍设计在景观中贯穿全区,以及考虑景观小品的设计在残病患者使用时的便利性及安全性,使患者真正感受到以人为本的设计理念。2.在康复景观设计功能和形式上,为了便于患者身心愉悦、尽早康复,将患者的生理需求、心理需求以及社会需求与环境相融合,使患者更加积极的参与户外环境,完成社交和康复训练等利于病情的户外实践活动。3.体现医院深厚的文化特征、历史成就、人文关怀与形象建设,提升医院的整体形象,增加患者的信任感,建立良好的医患关系。4.以健康作为设计标准,将园艺作业疗法、植物疗法、景观疗法、箱庭疗法等方法融入医院景观环境中更好地为使用者服务。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of the social economy,the related problems surrounding the construction of medical services have become a key development point in our country.Building a health care service for people is an inevitable requirement to promote the national development.At the same time,China is a big developing country with more than 1 billion 300 million people.The health of hundreds of millions of people is a major livelihood issue.Coupled with the long-term busy working condition and environmental problems caused by chemical pollution,it has threatened human physical and mental health.As a social security institution with the highest use rate,comprehensive hospital has been paid more and more attention to its medical level and the demand for treatment environment.As the object of landscape design,the environmental design of the comprehensive hospital has a very important role in solving the relationship of hospitals,doctors and patients.Not only the comprehensive hospital can be put forward.For the comfort and quick medical environment,the quality and efficiency can be improved,and the users can also achieve the purpose of alleviating the pain and improving the treatment effect through the rehabilitation landscape adjuvant therapy,thus the rehabilitation landscape is very important for the healthy development of the medical cause in China.In order to explore the design method and application of the rehabilitation landscape design in the comprehensive hospital project,the paper combed and integrated the theoretical achievements,measures and methods of the advanced rehabilitation landscape at home and abroad at the present stage,and introduced the ideas of horticultural therapy and landscape therapy in the planning and design of the hospital landscape in the theory of rehabilitation landscape.And specific application measures.Through the typical case analysis method,the advanced rehabilitation landscape cases abroad are selected as the research object,from the angle of rehabilitation therapy,the strategies and concrete methods of constructing the rehabilitation landscape are summarized and demonstrated,and the method is applied to the landscape design of Shenbei Hospital District of Shengjing Hospital of China Medical University,and the project has been completed.The design work from the plan to the details.The main research results are as follows:1.make a field investigation and analysis of the current situation of the project,and design the district according to the current situation of the design area.2.in-depth analysis of the needs of the different users of the hospital landscape,excavating the potential functions and forms of the available rehabilitation landscape,forming a "people-oriented" concept as the base point,the landscape element as the carrier,to create a "garden style hospital landscape with healthy effect" as the objective of the comprehensive hospital landscape design.3.the comprehensive and detailed design of the road,paving,structure,marking system,water body and plant,which are beneficial to the use of the patients,should be taken into consideration in the aspects of space composition,use function and health effect.The courtyard landscape.Finally,the theoretical research is applied to the practice through the specific design and application of the project,and the application of the rehabilitation landscape design in the comprehensive hospital should be achieved as follows:1.on the basis of the general principles of design,it is particularly important to emphasize that the barrier free design runs through the whole area in the landscape,as well as the convenience and safety of the design of landscape sketches in the use of the disabled patients,so that the patients truly feel the people-oriented design concept.2.in the function and form of the rehabilitation landscape design,in order to facilitate the patient’s physical and mental health and recovery as soon as possible,the patient’s physiological needs,psychological needs and social needs and the environment should be integrated to make the patient more active in the outdoor environment and complete the outdoor practice of social and rehabilitation training.3.It embodies the profound cultural characteristics,historical achievements,humanistic care and image construction of the hospital,promotes the overall image of the hospital,increases the trust of the patients,and establishes a good doctor-patient relationship.4.with health as the design standard,gardening therapy,plant therapy,landscape therapy,and box therapy are integrated into the landscape environment of the hospital to better serve the users.更多还原
