【摘要】 随着经济增长和生活水平提高,目前各大医院对其医疗器械的需求也原来越高,医疗器械的质量也是其关注的重中之重。在这种新医疗市场背景下,一场激烈的竞争正在医疗器械领域展开。作为世界上规模最大的医疗器械公司-GE,面对本土企业的价格竞争优势和当地市场资源优势,不得不努力设法提高自身质量管理,以保证产品质量适应市场竞争的需要,使其在新的机遇和竞争下取得良好的经济效益。此外设计质量的优劣直接影响项目的投资成本、工程质量以及项目的最终经济效益,所以提高项目的质量管理势在必行。本文以GE公司的X光成像系统项目为例,对当前国内外项目设计质量管理的研究现状进行研究,以质量管理的主要思想和理论入手,结合调查结果分析了X光成像系统项目设计质量管理的现状及存在的问题,进而分别从质量输出管理、设计质量管理流程和流程执行这三个方面提出了改善X光成像系统项目设计质量的对策。论文主要是采用实际调查走访和质量管理最常用方法鱼骨图和直方图来对X光成像系统项目设计质量管理的现状进行研究分析。针对这些问题,对设计质量管理设计输出过程中设计、评审、验证这三个环节完善,建立质量控制流程体系和流程控制系统,并加强设计项目的流程执行的员工意识,完善培训内容和考核机制等对策来提高X光成像系统项目设计质量管理,最终实现设计整体质量提升的目标。通过本文可对X光成像系统项目设计质量管理起到借鉴作用,进而提高X光成像系统项目整体设计质量管理水平具有一定的现实意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the economic growth and the improvement of living standards,the demand for medical devices is also higher,the quality of medical devices is also the top priority.In the context of this new medical market,a fierce competition in the field of medical devices.As the world’s largest medical device company-General Electric Company,local enterprises face price competitive advantage and local market resources,have to try to improve their own quality management,to ensure the quality of products to meet the needs of market competition,so as to achieve good economic benefit in the new opportunities and competition.In addition,the quality of the design directly affects the investment cost of the project,the quality of the project and the final economic benefits of the project,so it is imperative to improve the quality management of the project.This paper takes the project of X-Ray system program of the General Electric Company as an example,to study the current status of project quality management,the quality management thinking and main theory,combined with the investigation and Analysis on the design of quality management of X-Ray system program and existing problems,and then separately from the output,quality management the design of quality management processes and process execution and puts forward some countermeasures for improving the X-Ray system program design quality of these three aspects.In this paper,the investigation and analysis of the current situation of the quality management of the X-Ray system program is carried out by using the actual survey visits and the most common methods of quality management.To solve these problems,the quality of the design management process design output design,review,validation of these three aspects of improvement,establish the quality control process system and process control system,and strengthen the design procedure of the project implementation of staff awareness,improve the training content and evaluation system of countermeasures to improve the design quality management of X-Ray system program,the final the realization of the overall quality of the design goal of ascension.In this paper,it can be used for reference to the quality management of X-Ray system program design,and then improve the overall design quality management level of the X-Ray system program.更多还原
