【摘要】 本文就人民币汇率变动对浙江省农产品出口贸易的影响与对策进行了深入研究,旨在认识二者的关系并提出相应的对策和建议。本文的研究目的,在于通过研究汇率变动对浙江省农产品出口贸易的影响,既探究汇率波动作用于农业行业的特定影响,也对全国其它省份的农产品出口具有良好的借鉴作用。研究内容包括浙江省农业出口现状、汇率变动情况、省内农产品出口企业面对汇率波动的实际应对方法、以及相关政策建议。研究内容涵盖对经典理论的理解剖析、对理论应用于实践的方法探究、对具体企业的调查走访、以及针对性的建议等。研究方法主要采用经典理论与实践相结合的方式,通过将理论带入实践的分析方式,推导出具有实践意义的政策建议。本文的主要研究成果包括,面对汇率波动,浙江省农产品出口企业主动调整经营策略,提升农产品附加值和综合竞争力是其中最重要的部分等。本文的创新之处在于,罕见地以浙江省为研究标的,并以农业为切入点,考察汇率波动对一个省份特定行业的影响,同时引入具体的案例也是一大创新。当然,本文也存在不足之处。首先,在新的贸易环境下,汇率的比价属性和杠杆属性是否发生了变化,传统的相关汇率理论是否还有足够的解释力和说服力,如果发生变化则应该如何解释这些新的变化,这是值得认真思考和反思的问题。其次,在研究方法上,是否需要将农产品按照种类等的不同进行进一步的细分等,也是值得思考的问题。另外,受限于作者的经验及调查范围和资源范围,无法对研究过程中的每一个细节进行精准的刻画,也难以覆盖到农产品出口贸易的各个环节,从而导致的可能出现的分析偏差,也是需要认识到的问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 This thesis focuses on the impacts that fluctuation of exchange rate given to agricultural products of Zhejiang province.The writer is aimed at finding relationships with them and putting forward effective policy suggestions.The purpose of this thesis is to search out the influences that fluctuation of exchange rate given to a certain industry based on farm industry of Zhejiang province.Also,it can be good example and experience for other countries to follow.This research includes the current situation of international agricultural products trade of Zhejiang province,current situation of exchange rate,ways that enterprises in Zhejiang faced with exchange rate fluctuation and some related suggestions.Research contents include deep analysis of traditional classical theories,applications that theories connected with reality,interview with real enterprises and concrete policy suggestions.Research method is most based on combination of theory and reality,putting forward doable suggestions.As for conclusions,we find that faced with fluctuation of exchange rate,most enterprises adjusts their operation strategies actively,making the agricultural products more competitive is the core way of international trading competition.The creation of this thesis is we just focus on Zhejiang province to dig out impact that exchange rate fluctuation given to a certain industry.Using concrete cases to prove is another big creation.However,there are still drawbacks of this thesis.First,under the new international trade environment,whether the decision process of exchange rate changes is a question.Also,whether classical theories can still explain the new situation,if not,which are the new ways,is another question.Second,as for research method,whether we should depart the agriculture industry detailed into different products is another question to think about.Finally,because of lack of experiences and resources,we cannot explain every detail effectively and cannot put everything into consideration,which may cause little bias of our analysis,is also a problem to improve.更多还原
