软弱土层中土压平衡盾构掘进对管线变形的影响研究

【摘要】 随着城市人口的聚集,地面交通拥堵的问题也越来越突出,修建城市地下轨道成为解决交通拥堵的有效方法。盾构法是软弱土层中隧道开挖最为常见的一种建造方法,盾构隧道施工引起的地层位移将使管线产生变形,甚至造成破坏,影响人民生命财产安全。研究软土地区盾构隧道施工对周围地下管线的影响,分析地下管线的力学及变形性状,具有较为重要的理论意义与实用价值。本文归纳了土压平衡盾构施工引起的地表沉降及管线变形的研究现状和成果,阐述了土压平衡盾构的施工步骤、掘进控制方法及其影响地层变形的原理;总结了管线的分类方法和破坏形式,并提出了相应的保护措施;对Peck公式的适用性进行了研究,基于实测数据提出了具有更好拟合效果的修正方法;对比了不同土质情况下地表沉降的变化特点,提出了合理的参数取值方法;在分析盾构掘进在各个阶段对管线变形的影响基础上进行算例分析,研究发现管线对周围土体变形具有一定的阻碍作用,管线的控制标准需要具体分析。以佛山地铁二号线某盾构法施工的区间隧道工程为背景,结合现场监测数据,分别就管线与隧道垂直和管线与隧道平行时双线隧道在各施工阶段对管线变形的影响进行了研究,得到了管线在各个阶段的变化规律及双线隧道先后开挖对管线的不同影响:先开挖的隧道将对两隧道之间的土体造成一定的扰动,使后开挖的隧道掘进时管线产生更大变形,且沉降曲线的对称轴偏向两隧道轴线中间。最后,建立了盾构隧道施工过程的三维有限元模型,数值模拟结果与实测数据总体相符,数值模型能够反映实际工程工况;就影响管线变形的各种因素如隧道埋深、隧道直径大小、管隧相对位置、管线接头刚度、土质因素、地层损失、掌子面推力大小等因素对管线变形的影响进行了研究,总结其变化规律并提出指导建议。

【Abstract】 With the development of urbanization,population assembles to the urban.The problem of ground traffic congestion is also getting worse.The construction of subway becomes an effective method to solve this problem.One of the most common method to construct the subway in weak geology is the shield tunneling.The underground tunnel construction will cause deformation of various type of pipelines due to settlement of soil,and even make them break,which affect people’s life and their properties.The purpose of this research is to investigate the influence of the surrounding underground pipelines due to shield tunnel construction in weak geology area and analysis the influence of the underground pipeline mechanics and deformation properties,which has very important theoretical significance and practical value.In this paper,the author summarized the research status about the deformation of the soil and the underground pipelines due to the construction of earth pressure balance shield,introduced the classification,the construction procedure and control principle of earth pressure balance shield and set out the failure modes and protection measures of underground pipelines.Then the author studied the applicability of the Peck formula.did some modification which is suitable for the specific engineering and find the way to choose the better parameter according to the soil types.Specifically,the deformation of underground pipelines during the construction,the method of calculating pipeline deformation and control standards was discussed which is accord with the data from the construction site.The result of the research shows that the pipelines have a hindrance to the deformation of ground.Control standards need to be individual analysis.The author discussed the monitoring data got from one of the section of the line number two Fo Shan subway which was constructed by earth pressure balance shield,studied changing behavior and difference of the deformation of underground pipelines which is perpendicular and parallel to the tunnel due to twin tunnel construction.The soil between the twin tunnel will be disturbed by the first tunnel,and will have a larger movement with the axis of symmetry of the settlement curve between the two tunnel axes when the second tunnel was constructed.Refinement three-dimensional finite element model which agree with the practical engineering was established.Moreover,the influence of the tunnel depth,the size of underground tunnel,relative location between tunnel and pipelines,joint rigidity,soil rigidity,loads of the tunnel face is also discussed in this paper.Related law and guiding suggestions was summarize.
