配电网设备的供电可靠性研究

【摘要】 配电设备在我国电力系统中处于重要地位,不仅仅是因为配电设备与终端用户直接联系,而且根据大量的数据反馈可以得出全国的总停电事故的原因中配电网故障占了五分之四以上。配电网络的可靠性是关乎国计民生的重要因素,得到政府和电力部门的充分重视和大力扶持。如果应用传统的评估方法,当电力网络规模变大时各种故障后果分析将变得十分冗长。本论文主要对10kV配网电力系统可靠性进行了研究,指出影响配电网系统供电可靠性的因素,要想有效的提高配电系统可靠性需要从用户数据,故障元件,网络监督管理几个方面入手。然后本文以实际研究10kV变电站为例,从配电网络主要元件的被迫停运率、可修复元件的修复时间等可靠性关键指标入手,通过状态模型的排列组合并利用向上等值法对实际复杂配电网络进行简化,并通过计算得出影响可靠性的关键指标,并通过绝对可靠性比较法如多年统计的可靠性参数对比,根据对比结果对配电网可靠性研究及评估提出大量的建议和改进措施,从而有效提升配电系统的可靠性。

【Abstract】 In the power system,the distribution network is directly user-oriented,and the statistics show that 80% of the user’s power outage is caused by the fault of the distribution network.With the improvement of urban and rural electrification,the reliability of the distribution network put forward higher requirements.Distribution network reliability is more and more attention and attention by the power sector.The traditional distribution network reliability assessment method When the size of the power network becomes large,the failure analysis will become very lengthy.In this paper,the reliability of 10 KV distribution network power system is studied,and the management and technical measures to improve the reliability of distribution network are put forward.For the 10 kV distribution network as the terminal network of the power system,the reliability problem will become more and more important.The analysis of the cause of the power failure of the 10 kV distribution line is pointed out,and the factors that affect the reliability of the power supply system are put forward.Data analysis,to prevent component failure,strengthen maintenance management,strengthen the system to contact,improve the distribution system margin of these three aspects to improve the reliability of distribution systems.The reliability of distribationnetwonk is discussed,and the managament and technical measures to improve the reliability of distribation system are givan.Prospects for the use of new technologies to improve the reliability of distribution networks.
